Excelente atención desde que te reciben hasta que te retiras del lugar. Todo el personal es muy amable. La asistente de mi Dra. La enfermera Rosa fue tan cálida, amable me dedico tiempo. Que decir de la Dra, una maravilla de profesional. El personal que asigna las horas para las próximas visitas. Los felicito por hacer de una experiencia que para las mujeres muchas veces es difícil transformarlo en algo tan humano. Muy recomendable realmente.

No me gustó , el servicio al as personas de mayor de edad. Al lado mío había un matrimonio de envejecientes,llevaba más de dos hora y media esperando por su servicio, y ya su tanque de oxígeno no estaba lleno como para poder seguir esperando la persona fue grotesca con ellos cuando ellos les preguntaron si les faltaba mucho más.

Cleveland Clinic has gone down the drain. They won’t release my medical records. I can’t talk to anyone in any of my provider’s offices. They don’t have appointments for months even for critical or time sensitive issues. Doctors leave and they don’t tell you and then you’re stuck with whoever takes over. Many of their doctors are not personable and don’t care at all about their patients. Run far away from Cleveland Clinic. They are not what they used to be.

I have had the worst experience with Dr. Tarakami. My first time seeing her, because it it's somewhat an emergency. I am asthmatic and have a bad chest congestion not being able to stop coughing and my ribs are aching. I took my nebulizer, advair, zertic, all to no avail. I told her the the only thing the works for me is codein syrup. She never listened to me and ordered something similar to over the counter med which makes my blood pressure high.
I messaged her and told her the med is not working. She said she was not giving me codine. To try something else, why? I already told her what works! I am 71 years old with no addictions. I hope I can get over this horrible ordeal.
If I could give 0 star I would.

As far as appointment scheduling and customer service does, I would give zero stars if I could. Appointment scheduling is cumbersome and it doesn’t seem as though the person on the other end of the phone can go off script. It’s impossible to get a timely appointment. They have now gotten rid of the front desk and you have to check in via kiosk. There is always a glitch with the Kiosk and then the single person sitting there is annoyed that she has to physically assist a patient. The only saving grace to this place (now that any shred of personal service is gone) is my doctor: Dr Mason. She is phenomenal. The moment she leaves however…

Today's experience with appointment scheduling was incredibly frustrating. Following my 8:00 AM doctor's appointment, I approached the front desk to reschedule a neurology appointment for my husband. The receptionist, who seemed to be in a bad mood, informed me that I needed a power of attorney to schedule an appointment for my husband. Despite being a loyal patient at this clinic for the past 10 years, I have always been able to make appointments for my husband. However, this time, I was left feeling disappointed and confused about the level of customer service at the Cleveland Clinic.

I had a great experience with Cleveland Clinic Palm Beach. The staff and doctors were wonderful. Yeah, scheduling was a little hard, but I find that everywhere today....

Very disappointing experience in making an appt. With an oncologist my primary care Dr., referred me to.
The intake employee had poor communication skills. She answered the phone not even indicating what institution I was talking to, i.e. "this is C.C. Tomsich
Health, how may I help you" . She tried obtaining info from me, with each step of the way, my having to
clarify an answer. She tried following a script that obviously she did not comprehend.
It's irritating and frustrating to deal with poorly managed healthcare, even when physician care is good.
Have had variable issues as well at C.C.s other locations -(Weston/Cleveland).
There are many Cancer Care Centers in S. Florida to chose from.
Beware of Institutions resting on their laurels, based on their past reputation. (I got a quick, hassle free appt. with Lynn Cancer Tx Center)
