I have 3 cats. When I first moved here, my boy had a blockage, and I was beside myself as I did not know where to go. They took him ASAP, and the vet and staff were so wonderful to him and me. I was more upset than my boy.
Recently, I had to take my other boy in for an ongoing condition. The vet was so patient and through and offered alternative solutions to try while answering all my questions and concerns. Thank you to all the staff, techs and vets!

I took our puppy to get his 6-month shots, microchip, and travel medicine. This was an amazing clinic. They were very helpful and amazing group veterinarians and vet tech. I highly recommend this place for anyone with an animal. Marlow loved it too and the Grinch.

Let me just tell you!!!! I have never experienced a better vet’s office! I brought my Kona in with two!! Yes two!! Broken legs and the staff and drs were amazing and went way above the normal to make me feel valued. Special shout out to Tara for completely easing my mind and taking special care of Kona! Dr Mcdougal, and Dr Cox are very detailed and actually care about the pet and not all about the numbers!! Thank you all so very much! You have a client forever here!!

We were visiting from out of state (Florida) during Thanksgiving when our pug baby had a severe and unexpected breathing episode. Cleveland Veterinary took our baby in without any notice during a holiday, saving us from extraordinary fees from an emergency vet. Dr. Cox was compassionate, thorough, and answered all of our questions. His team also took incredible care of us and our baby while we were there. Unfortunately, due to the severity of his issues, our sweet Harvey did not make it through the night. However we feel that Dr. Cox and his team gave him the best care they could during his final day, allowing him to at least be comfortable when he had to leave us. Dr. Cox also followed up with us after our visit to send condolences and talk us through everything that was going on in Harvey's body. All in all, Cleveland Veterinary made us feel like part of their family during our visit and we know that Harvey received the best possible care with them. Highly recommend anyone in the area.

I boarded my dog Milo for 12 days, I was very concerned because of his demeanor. I was so glad to hear Milo had made a lot of friends! Milo was given a bath prior to me picking him up as requested, staff was very professional / friendly!
