Pretty nice staff and I get an appointment within a week if fheude not swamped. Prices are reasonable, a tad pricey with certain tests but over all its fine. They once gave me a visit on the house for something very minor. I always send my family here. If you're in lake elsinore, I'd recommend the extra minutes ride to get here.

I filled out paperwork online for my pet (a new patient) which (IMO) would save check-in time. Upon arrival I was asked to fill out paperwork. I explained I completed the paperwork online, but the receptionist could not pull up the information on their computer. When checking out I noticed the breed of my pet was listed incorrectly, so naturally I pointed this out. They stated they would correct in their system for the next visit. Guess I file my claim with my pet insurance company with an incorrect breed listed?

I was very pleased with the service I got for Honey bee. They took good care of her and she has a pretty fur cut the staff was right on point the place was nice and clean overall very satisfied.

We recently moved to the area and were researching clinics in the area but hadn't selected one yet. As luck would have it we find ourselves in need of a clinic more urgently and found ourselves here. The staff is kind and compassionate, the doctor took the time to sit and listen and really made sure our concerns were heard. They weren't pushy regarding treatment planning nor did they try to "scare" us into anything. The clinic itself is absolutely lovely, clean and bright with lots of seating while also providing privacy for more anxious pets. I decided after today's interaction that this will be our family vet. Highly highly highly recommend.
