Que lastima que doctores se presten para desir que ellos nunca dijieron las cosas que uno como madre le Disen a nuestro hijos dos testigos y luego digan que no lo dijieron la onestidad ante todo ..doctores y su sueldo se lo ganan por sus conocimientos no por mentir 😔😒que lastima que solo se basan al tiempo y al dinero y no por sus pacientes

In person appointments are fine. The checked me in fine. Was seen for the things I needed to be seen for. Did lab work and had a follow-up teleappt.

Nightmare...they called me the evening before my appt, to tell me I needed to switch my pcp to the doctor I was following up with. The call center for my insurance was closed when they told me I had to call. I wake up next day to change the things they told me to change, that went fine. Waited for my appointment, they call to confirm that I changed things, I tell them I did. They didn't believe me, tried to tell them the call reference number, they didn't want it. Lady didn't even try to talk to her supervisor about the situation. I asked if I could reschedule, she didn't want to do her job. But she proceeded anyway, instead of leading with the date of next available appointment, she only gave the time. I tried to ask what the date of that day was and I was then hung up on. I guess I couldn't ask questions. Lady calls back saying I was rude and disruptive, even though I only asked a question then tried to tell me I now had to reschedule in person.

30mins later a different person called to confirm I told her the whole situation and she was helpful and apologetic and I was able to do my scheduled appointment, after talking to her supervisor and taking the call reference number down.

So long story short, sometimes can really rude and short tempered receptionists. When it's their job to confirm and reschedule people. Not wanting to do their job or let anyone ask questions. Then unprofessional hang up twice without a real resolution. So just be aware of that when you call this place.

It's been 5 months I've been trying to get an appointment in-person. They keep on telling me they don't have any appointments available. And I kept on calling and calling I even reached out to the office telling them how I was in the ER and after trying for so long they gave me an appointment. It's a really bad place it doesn't even bother caring about the patient's health conditions. Even if you call to complain then they immediately decide to put you on voicemail not bothering to call back I even left a voice message. I don't recommend if you're seeking medical help I hope they at least attempt to improve.

It took over a month for my daughter to get a appointment to be seen and now its been 6 days and dr Harrison hasn't been able to "push" her prescription through to the pharmacy! Very unprofessional! If i could give 0 stars I would!

Absolutely impossible to get a hold of anyone over the phone, and the office is so disorganized.
It took them 2 months and daily phone call reminders to order my MRI and when I finally had it done, they told me they can't give me the results until 1.5mths out and they'll call me to schedule that appt. Here I am, doing the contact to see what our next steps are for the MRI, and I still can't get through to my doctor or even the office. An MRI is not something taken lightly, and I'm tired of the run around I'm getting.
CMC in Lodi is more responsive and will call you back.

This place sucks! If you have a high risk pregnancy go anywhere but here. Good luck getting an appointment to begin with let alone the provider hearing you're concerns or respecting your decisions. The nurses talk about you in Spanish when they think you don't understand. Outside of the lady that did my pregnancy orientation this place is so unprofessional. Found with this place for almost 4 months to get an appointment with an OB that could prescribe medication they just schedule pointless appointments for every reason but what you need. Finally had care transferred, if you love your baby don't trust these incompetent people with your prenatal care.

Worst call experience! No clarity in voice, she was mumbling! No appointment availability, and no energy to take calls seriously! All I have to do a walk in for my mom. There are 19 CMC centers only in Stockton and none of them have an appointment for a needed patient.
