Me and my cat absolutely loved our experience here. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful. The doctor was equally as excellent. I hope Dr Mandy Collins stays here and that we get to see her again. She was truly the best vet my cat and I have ever been too. This place is truly cat friendly. They have cat shelves and have calming pheromone towels, as well as a plugin in the room. This was the best vet place and I highly recommend for all cat owners. The vet listened so well to our concerns and wasn’t dismissive at all. Thank you so much Dr Mandy and our receptionist! Hope to be back with a healthy girl. Here is my girl on the highest perch in the exam room.

It was a great experience, from checking in to checking out. The front desk ladies were welcoming and helpful. The Veterinarian Assistant doing the intake was very gentle with our cat in taking his vitals. The Veterinarian asked me what I believe were pertinent questions about my cat’s health, diet and activity in the house, all helping her to understand his health and any concerns that she may have.

Excellent service... Love Dr Swanson & Dr Hughes--have been a happy client for many decades!
They are great communicators and diagnosticians. They also have great suggestions/options when a specialist is needed. Love the service and the staff here.. they always take great care of me and my dogs!
Staff turnover & burnout is high at nearly every vet office. I GREATLY appreciate the frontline staff that work with me to get my dogs the best care possible

I took my cat here for years and was overall very satisfied with the level of care we received. The one exception was they indicated she needed her teeth cleaned far more frequently than other vets I saw before and since. While I realize this is subjective to some degree, it is frustrating in retrospect given the cost and risk involved in putting a cat under anesthesia. At one of my last appointments before moving they suggested I get her teeth cleaned, despite having done it recently, which they did not seem to realize until I noted it, then retracting the suggestion. Outside of this, I was pleased with my experience at this vet!

Tiger went in for a teeth cleaning and evaluation. They found that he had a cavity from a re-absorbed tooth and extracted it. He was sent home with pain meds and antibiotics and is doing fine. A much happier kitty. As always the staff at College Mall vet hospital were professional and caring. We highly recommend this practice to all our friends and family.

We have been using College Mall Vets since we got our Italian Greyhound around 2011/2012 and continued when we adopted our greyhound. They have always been caring, friendly, and understanding to our dogs special needs. Especially our greyhound who was epileptic. We cannot thank them enough... 🙂 We highly recommend them.

A couple of scheduling delays, but outside of that, great service. My dog is very anxious and high strung, so getting him his vaccines and getting issues diagnosed can be a headache. The staff at College Mall Vet works with great patience and care to make sure he gets everything he needs during appointments. Highly recommend the level of care and attention to detail offered here!
