When bringing my dog in I was uncertain of her future. It was really scary and CVSG told me the outcome wasn't going to be great. We opted to treat Remmi anyway and through it all she had the best possible outcome and defied a lot of odds. Every vet and tech I encountered was really friendly and super educated on Remmi and her condition. CVSG was very accommodating in the 5 days she was there and let me visit her daily. They called with updates twice/day. Remmi is now back home and happier than ever. It was amazing what her and the vet accomplished together. Thank you

My poor little guy got a horrible bite on his eye and we had to come in to CVSG. When I first called, the receptionist was great with me - giving me wait time updates, asking what was going on and being so compassionate over the phone. Once we got to the clinic, it was clean and laid out beautifully for all the different animals to be comfortable. The receptionist asked a few more questions, got us checked in really fast and took us to a private room to wait. I so appreciated the heads up for wait time as this is an emergency clinic but we didn’t have to wait too long at all. The doctor was so fantastic and asked all the questions, gave advice, talked pricing on the meds we would need to make sure we were comfortable with the price, and most of all she was so gentle and loving with our poor little guy who felt awful and was in pain. She explained everything to me, took the time to listen to my concerns, didn’t rush us at all but at the same time she was fast and efficient in her care. At the end, a technician came in to go over everything from our visit, explained further care for home, and gave me room to ask questions if I needed to. Top notch at every step, thank you all so much!

My pup was kept overnight, he was peeing blood from his butt., released the next morning with the doctor stating, he was eating ( with a ferocious appetite) and had great energy. I brought him home and he slept barely ate and had continued to have bloody diarrhea. I brought him back to the clinic the next morning. I was told by the tech that the doctor had one dog that needed evaluation and then they would be in. We have been in the room for an hour and 15 minutes without one word or check in. My dog can't even hold his head up at this point, he has lost at least another half cup of blood, his paws and. nose are ice cold. They walk in and say, sorry we had some critical dogs come in that took presidents over Finn. No examination done yet and they decided my dog takes a back seat to the rest. I am beyond frustrated. The fact that they didn't prioritize my dog when they had already said there was only one dog ahead of mine. I watched the 3 dogs come in after me. They weren't carried in they weren't visibly wounded and they walked in on their own but I'm told they are more critical then mine. I've already paid 1780 for care and my dog is still sick and I'm not given priority.

Very compassionate, knowledgeable, and caring. I brought my sick girl to them as a last hope and they did a great job of giving me all the information that they could, and when my girl’s time came they made sure her last moments were with me. I will forever be grateful to CVSG.

I brought my severely dehydrated pup in on Saturday afternoon. The Vets and techs took great care of my girl, and kept me updated every step of the way. She was there from Saturday afternoon until Monday afternoon! DON’T let your pest control people use ANY pesticides, where your dogs hang out. “ nontoxic” does not mean that it won’t make them really sick!!

I want to start this off by saying that the techs and doctors at this location were very compassionate and professional. I brought my dog, Indigo, in because he wasn't eating and he was puking brown liquid. They took good care of him and we found out he had a foreign body obstruction in his intestinal tract. After carefully reviewing our choices, and the cost, we were saddened to find out the only option we could afford was to euthanize my baby boy. However, even in this incredible painful even, they were extremely caring and kind. They made the process much easier, and treated him and us with compassion I was not expecting. My pup passed peacefully and painlessly, and comfortably in my hands. I was able to say my last goodbyes to him myself and for that I cannot thank the wonderful staff of this establishment enough. I will definitely be bringing my other dog here whenever he needs anything. Thank you guys so much.

This is by far the worst clinic I've EVER been to. I had a pregnant shepherd who we had to bring in for an emergency C-Section because she starting leaking discharge while showing signs of distress. When we got there they took her to the back to run all sorts of unnecessary tests, and refused to do the surgery right away. Over 3 hours later, $5300 (when I was quoted $3500-$4500), and 5 puppies dead with 3 that barely made it. On top of that, they put a collar on one of the surviving pups EXTREMELY tight, if we didn't notice he would've died. They are very unprofessional, and unhelpful. I've been breeding dogs for over 30 years, and from personal experience I know any other clinic would've done surgery right away, no tests or questions asked. I don't normally write reviews, especially bad ones, but I want to ensure someone out there doesn't make the same mistake I did.

Dr Lewis and her team got us in, took time to review complicated medical history, and my dog's TPLO went great. Dr. Wendlend saw us through the painstaking recovery and rehab. Together, those vets kept my performance dog in the field. A year later, Dr Lewis got us through a mass cell removal in a very delicate area, and we could not be happier with the process and outcome. It was a no nonsense facility and experience, and for the care of my dogs, that's exactly what I want - their knowledge, skill, and expertise.
