I have been patronizing this business for years and I must say Dr Wilson is great. Lynn, the receptionist is also exceptional. Lynn has always illustrated a compassionate and loving spirit for not only my dog but for others as well. I highly recommend this business if you love and care for your pets.

I took my dog here because he was scratching and chewing at his backside. Dr. Wilson and her support staff were kind and welcoming. They were quick to diagnose the fact that it was likely dry skin. I received medicated shampoo, allergy pills, omega 3 oil, and the cost of the visit for less than $150. I promise you that this visit would cost far more at most other clinics. Plus, I appreciate that Dr. Wilson provided her veterinary expertise to treat my dog and didn’t try to okay the role of a salesperson like many other vets do (especially those associated with chains). I retracted one star because I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment and incurred a 30-40 wait at 9am before being seen. I know it’s to control costs but the clinic could use a remodel lol.

Update - unfortunately my doggo has not had favorable results from the medications he received. He still scratches himself just as much as he did before I started him on the medications.

We are newer to area and didn’t have a specific vet yet, but now we do, thanks to the incredible Dr Wilson and staff!!

Today our kitty woke up with an eye infection. I reached out to the clinic and initially was told they didn’t have immediate availability. About 20 minutes later they called and said they could get her in. We ran over and the vet and staff were awesome! Really went above and beyond to accommodate us! And everyone was so gentle and kind to my very frightened and sick kitty.

How about someone actually return your call when you are in distress about your pet? How about the woman answering the phone not be so cold and rude? This is about the pets right? Therefore they should want help the pets? Am I missing something? WILL NEVER GO BACK. Lose the receptionist. Do yourself a favor.

Dr. Wilson is AMAZING and a staple in the community for pet owners. She is gentle, kind, financially practical (I'm mean we all know vet care is expensive). I am so happy to have found this gem and her 8 years ago and still going there.
