Your companies billing department is AWFUL. You have neglected your responsibilities and ruined my credit report. I had full VA medical benefits in which the lack of your companies in ability to adjust the billing codes and complete the proper process. I have been chasing credit companies for 3yrs once I get everything close to being settled the credit purchaser sells to another company. Disgusting!!!

Terrible company. Spouse decided he doesn’t want to pay a bill they came after me and sent the bill to collections. Called them because somehow my name is on the bill. Won’t give me any information because I’m not the patient and then sent the bill to collections! Due to Colorado state law they say spouses are held liable for debts not paid by the patient. What kind of nonsense is that? If I don’t pay messes up my credit for seven years. If I do pay it still messes up my credit for seven years because they won’t remove it from my credit report! This is completely unethical!!!!

Extremely unprofessional and rude. I tried speaking with Sharon in regards to my bill and she was condescending, rude, and stated that if I were a better mother, my daughter would not have needed the ambulance. When I attempted to explain that I had not authorized the use of an ambulance to transport my daughter, she told me that then I would have been responsible for my daughter's death.

Worst customer service for any company, anywhere. Heaven forbid your loved one dies after accepting a ride from them, because they are the rudest, most disrespectful people on the planet, trying to collect a copay from any surviving family member. It's literally like adding "Insults to your injuries".

Ive been transported by Columbine Ambulance several times over the past three years. Their compassion and professionalism is exceptional and above average. I felt comfortable and well taken care of in the hands of these medical professionals. I would definitely use their services again.

Seriously, they should not be allowed to remain in business!
I wonder how many have been permanently and adversely impacted by these insupportable clowns. The crews I've seen around Littleton are unprofessional, the office staff was as incompetent and unhelpful as anyone I've ever dealt with. Simply abysmal. They are a real danger to their customers and to other drivers on the road. Avoid at all costs!
