I love this vet clinic. My vet Stephanie I think is her name is always so patient with my anxious girl. I never feel rushed, or like a number to her. She will spend 20 mins working on building trust with my dog if that's what it takes and I really appreciate that. They are fairly priced as well and I always leave feeling like I got my moneys worth.

Combs is my go to vet. This past Thursday I took my kitten Bourbon in to get fixed. They did a good job. They texted me when his surgery was over about 11:30am then he was able to come home by 3:00pm. They sent him home with some Anti inflammatory / pain medication for 3 days. He took them pills no problem he just take them right out of my hand. Today is day 3 post surgery and he is doing good. He just hates the cone. 🐈🐈

Combs clinic has truly lost its way. While their prices are premium, the quality of pet care and customer service is far from it. When my dog, a patient of theirs, needed end-of-life care and was suffering through a non-medical emergency, they refused to schedule an appointment, claiming they were booked for months and instead directed me to Indianapolis for emergency care.

I could go on about their lack of responsiveness—constantly failing to answer phones, long delays in returning calls, and the extremely rude and condescending behavior I experienced when I went in for a flea medication refill. I didn’t call ahead, but the doctor had previously told me to just stop by when needed. When I did, I offered to return later, but she refused and chose instead to make a scene in the lobby, making me feel guilty while it only took her a couple of minutes to get the refill.

The bottom line is, when you need them the most, they won’t be there for you or your pet. The pain and anguish your family is already going through will only be worsened by the lack of care from those you should be able to rely on.

When I need to take my cat Sassy to a Vet, I always take her to Combs Veterinary Clinic for care. The staff is very good and take great care of my baby. Dr. Miller is a wonderful Veterinarian and she take her time in checking out my baby Sassy. I would recommend them to everyone.

I am by far happy with the professionalism that I experienced here with my bird cheese cake the two ladies that handled her were very nice and sweet and were very gentle with my lovebird I will definitely be bringing her back here in the future for more visits. If you have a bird I highly recommend this place for vet visits

I like the separate entrances for cats and dogs. This was a first visit and I was happy to see that the vet team had taken the time to read all the notes from my previous vet. Very convenient westside location. Front desk staffer could have been more welcoming, both at entry and check-out.

First wellness visit for our new puppy. Since it had been awhile since we had a pet this young, we had lots of questions. The techs and Doctor was so patient with us and provided us with lots of good suggestions. Very clean and well-organized facility. Highly recommend Combs to others.

We had an amazing experience with Combs. My dog Marble needed to have TPLO surgery, which was a long, scary and nerve wracking recovery process. Everyone we talked to at Combs was supportive, understanding and patient. They answered all my questions and Marble made a full recovery. We couldn't be happier!
