We had just moved to the area and unfortunately within a few short weeks we had to send two of our old pups over the rainbow bridge. Everyone was kind , professional and caring and although we were sad to let our babies go you made the process easier.
Our next visit was much happier as we brought in our two young dogs for exams and vaccines, again everyone was great!
Each time we came in on a Saturday, the only day that fit our schedule ,which is unscheduled appointments. On our first two visits we were quickly put in an exam room so as not to stress our old babies in their final moments. The vaccine appointment wait was a bit longer but the office was very busy, regardless, we were not rushed during the exam and vaccines and our concerns were listened to and satisfactorily resolved.
I would most definitely recommend anyone bring their animals to see you.

The staff were never particularly friendly but the vets were always alright. Mostly I was unhappy due to the unreasonable wait times during walk-ins. I never waited much less than an hour, and sometimes as much as two hours. We also saw many different vets and felt like we had to re-explain our dog's chronic illness every time we went in. We just didn't feel like we were getting very good service at the end of the day.

I have taken my animals up here for 25 years. They always try to help no matter your budget, if you dont have a lot of money they try to find ways to help cut some of the costs. Tell you things you can do at home. Like any business nothing is free, but most things are not over priced.

They have a new place, they are nice. My puppy was starting to get sick from the lymph nodes, I took him to another place and they gave him antibiotics that were not appropriate. A week later I took him to this vet. It has a new location and there they did all the tests on my puppy, but unfortunately they found problems due to the use of the antibiotic. The entire consultation and the tests and the euthanasia cost $250. I have felt very sad but I appreciate all the attention they gave him at this place.

Ty Dr. Campbell and the vet assistant Blair. Today's visit with my sweet Scarlet was a breeze considering she had a couple of moderate issues that I was concerned about and thanks to you Scarlet is on her way to better health and I feel like a load has been lifted.

They are exceptional vets, and staff. They take very good care of my puppies. One of my pups is diabetic and and Has to go often to the vet and He is treated so well. We love commerce vet.!
