We had to put our much-loved 17 year old dog down, and this vet had availability. They were kind and understanding and let us mourn.

They have you make payment before the procedure. I get that. But at the time, they tell you the cost, and then I also learned that there was a $100 "new pet" fee since it was the first time they had seen our dog. We paid it, because when you're in that saddened state, it's not worth arguing. Am I supposed to walk out and find another vet? After having decided to end the life of my loved pet? But it feels a little like we were taken advantage of in a time of sorrow.

For that reason, I don't fully recommend this place. It seems a little uncaring and unscrupulous to spring a new pet fee on people when they just need to put to sleep a loved member of the family.

Ok, why not - This is the one and only place me and the fam bring the pups...all of the staff there are fabulous and Dr. Ewert (sp.?) is literally fantastic, like Pegasus or Chimaera. BRING YOUR FAUNA HERE, THAT IS AN ORDER!!!

Community Animal Hospital has a very caring staff. They have cared for my fur babies since they opened. Dr Ewert was so kind and compassionate as my last baby crossed over a few weeks ago. I highly recommend!!! When I open my heart to my next furry baby, I will definitely be taking them there.

I have had the best of care for my pets. I can call with questions and receive a call back the same day. Compassionate, caring and always been able to get my pets in when needed.

They saved my dogs life! I love the doctors and staff. Everyone was so attentive and kept us informed every step of the way. Now, she is our regular vet and I am so grateful for all they have done for our puppy & family!

They me wait for my dogs leg to heal after being broken through two bones just to tell me after countless phone calls thst it's a $5,000 procedure to fix it then being rude trying to say even if I have animal insurance I still have to pay them in full before my insurance can do anything about it.

We absolutely love Community Animal Hospital! Dr. Woodcock has always been so kind, caring and compassionate to all of our fur babies. She not only listens to what you have to say, but goes above and beyond to ensure your pet receives the highest quality of care possible. She takes the time needed to understand what is going on, helps you to know what she is doing at all times and is always eager to help make every visit the best that it can possibly be. Our family truly appreciates all that she's done for our boys. We have no doubt that they are in the best hands with her as she's proven capable of not only treating the easier situations, but the most complex situations we've been in as well. Whether you're just walking in the door to pick something up or heading back to an exam room, you will be greeted with smiling faces who are all excited and ready to help both you and your pet! Will forever look forward to taking our beloved boys here and hope to continue building our patient/client/Veterinarian relationship for many years to come! From our family to all of the staff at Community Animal Hospital - thank you!!

I was told they would keep my dog for $19.95 per night. But when I took him in they told me that my dog needed all these shots and test t before they can keep him even though he was up to date with his Rabies and another required shot. Then when I went to pick him up the attendant gave me a test tube and said that they weren't able to do a poop test for worms and that I should do it and bring it back for them to test it. A charge of $33.00 So I asked them why did they already charge me for the test even though they didn't do it. The lady said that it's required. So I demanded a refund for the $33.00. She then got the manager and she issued me a refund for the $33.00. But because of all the extra shots that they said was required my bill came to $154.00 instead of just the $19.95 per night charge. They had him for 3 nights. Approximately $90.00 extra for so called required shots.
