Staff was kind and attentive throughout our birthing experience and stay. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable and made me (new momma) very comfortable. Dr. Skuran will my OB for all future children. He is even-keeled, has great bedside manner, and never rushes our visits. The two nurses who helped deliver my child were amazing as well. Jill was informative and fun and energetic. Karly was sweet and accommodating, and encouraging. I could not have asked for a better experience. Even when I was full panic mode after seeing the umbilical cord wrapped around my newborns neck, the staff stayed calm and swiftly took action. I am so grateful.

I was really impressed, even though I was loopy at times due to diabetic situation that was involving vomitting, nausea, blood sugar going high on me, and headache. Their response treatment was fast, effecient and empathetic. The Dr. , nurses, and other supporting team members was fantastic. They were also quick with test results. I was "in" and "out" for being seen in under 3 hrs.

Honestly disgusted with the maternity center. Was put through hell with my last pregnancy due to physical issues within the pregnancy, due to this I was in there a lot. The staff made me feel so unwelcome with an exception of 4 of the staff. When I had my child I can honestly say I truly only trusted her with those 4 people out of all of the staff. Very unprofessional people, would definitely recommend any pregnant mothers to seek medical attention anywhere but there. Unfortunately I can not recall all of the names of the staff that did an exceptional job, but Erika was phenomenal, very professional, and kind. The night shift lead was absolutely amazing as well!

I do not remember names although I know they both (transporter and person in charge of CT scan) introduced themselves and showed a level of compassion and professionalism that ANY healthcare/business/parents would be proud of. Extremely thoughtful/sensitive to my well-being. Was it Alex and Amber? God Bless all of you for the work and help you provide.

Both nurses were truly amazing—thorough and compassionate. They made me feel seen and heard, and they prioritized my comfort at every turn. When my IV needed to be replaced due to pain, my first nurse, despite the shift change, was dedicated to ensuring my comfort and took care of it promptly.

The Nurse Practitioner was phenomenal, leaving no stone unturned. I felt safe in her care and could tell she was genuinely listening to my concerns.

The doctor also prioritized my comfort, ensuring I would have answers before leaving or undergoing surgery.

The technicians from X-ray, CT scan, and ultrasound were all incredibly kind and respectful.

I was in the ER for over nine hours, but I never felt uninformed or neglected. There were no long gaps where I didn’t see anyone, and I could tell that something was always being done to help me.

This was especially important since I didn’t have any loved ones with me.

Very piss pour service in the emergency room checkin, left us sitting there for well over an hour calling back everyone else who arrived later then we did, claimed x-ray was busy, even though I could physically see x-ray area and no patients were there, believe this was all due to being a mixed race couple, if you value your health I would NOT recommend going to this emergency room. If I could leave 0 stars I would, you don't deserve the one it made me put.

The receptionist was very professional, and was very kind and helpful.
The Ladies who accomplished my MRIs were great. They made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way.

Had a sleep study there, the nurse was sick and said it was just sinus stuff. Wrong. I got very I'll as I am immune deficient.
Then when I received my cpap it malfunctioned the second night and I called the place at the hospital, I was told to call them. I got referred to the app, the app info I was given was incorrect. So I call the place that set up everything to get the correct info, as I'm panicking, and the person on the phone treated me like I was a child (I'm 41). The department that deals with that needs to get their stuff together. Maybe some sensitivity training to deal with autistic adults.
