Dr Bruce and the staff (I wished I had gotten everyone's name) were absolutely wonderful. They were so caring when we had to put our dog down. It was such a heart-wrenching time, and everyone was amazing. They even sent a card to us after and had written such kind words about our Daisy. We have been taking our dogs here for many years, and I have struggled at times with some of the vetanarians, but Dr Bruce and Dr Smith are very caring and take the time to listen to you. All of the other staff have been wonderful, very friendly.

Dr. M is the most unprofessional person I may have ever encountered. This is insane. I have never had an awful experience like this in my life. My dog has severe dermatology issues that I have been working with and I came here for a 3rd opinion. I received a 600 dollar bill and knew my dog needed treatment so I signed away but knew I would not be back. I received a call hearing her blood work was normal and was referred to CSU for more dermatology work. There is no need to have her seen again at this location due to her being treated and moved on.

Then I receive this voicemail. She wants me to come back in 4 days. I’m working. Kahlua is taking medication. I don’t constantly have all these funds to make follow up appointments. Just to say yeah go to the dermatologist now pay another 100 dollars.

Then you are threatened.

Then you are called neglectful.

Who gave Dr. M this privilege to say that to someone? I have never had an awful and more furious encounter in my life. Again I have been to three vets going on my 4th NOT INCLUDING THIS VET. I have spent more than 2000 dollars on this problem to get led in circles. So yes I will not be back.

Call animal services if you must. I have plenty of documentation to show Kahlua has been to multiple vets about this same situation.

What an awful human you are Dr. M. I have never had a more unprofessional human interaction.

Never speak like that to someone ever again.

We go here to get our dogs up to date on their immunizations. The have very reasonably priced vaccines here a d the people here are really nice and helpful. You can be in and out super fast but I highly recommend setting up an appointment for fastest service.

I’m so glad I found Community Pet Hospital. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable & very caring for the wellness of my little dog Abba. I’ve been there a few times when she was in a lot of pain & they were able to help her. The vet Pam is awesome!! She answers all my questions & concerns in a calm & reassuring manner. When my dog was barely walking Pam knew exactly the right meds & treatment needed to bring my fur baby back to her normal happy pup that she is. I’ve been to other vets but always felt a little uneasy. I highly recommend CPH.

I can not recommend this vet enough!! Especially if ur dog is anxious or nervous. All the staff are super nice and treated my pup very well.

My dog is super nervous and hates other dogs. But since this place is smaller its alot more quite and has less traffic. My dog normally hates vet visits, but all the staff here did a great job making him feel comfortable! Would give 6 stars if i could!

Excellent experience. Dr. Lander and his nurse (with all the piercings) did a wonderful job with my dog. He was very thorough with the exam and she was sweet and loved my dog like he was her own. You can tell they are a good team. I recomend you bring your baby's here for care. They take there time and make sure to do everything they need to to take care of your fur baby. I really like this location.

Dr Wade Smith was so gentle with my dog. He got on her level, let her warm up to him and by the end of the visit, she trusted him. I left feeling like there was a connection, not just a dollar sign. 10/10 recommend this vet.

By far, the best vet experience I've ever had! We grew up with pets, and vets didn't seem to communicate this well! They are kind and follow up very well!
