The entire staff at Companion Animal Hospital is very professional and kind. Our beloved dog was diagnosed with cancer and given 3-6 months to live. He made it 6 months due to the care of Dr. Scott and Dr. Tymoszuk. The last weeks were a struggle and Dr. Scott walked patiently with us as we provided palliative care. She was very knowledgeable and compassionate. We felt like VIPs with her. The entire staff was always so sweet to us. We are so grateful. We highly recommend this vet clinic.

I called on a Sunday for my dog who had a paw that was bleeding. I was able to get an apt same day. Facility is clean and the staff were very welcoming. The veterinarian we saw had great bedside manner and kept us informed while they were working on him in the back. Thank you everyone for the help!

Companion Norridge is an excellent facility, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They took blood and urine samples and got us results in less than 30 minutes, along with multiple options of how to proceed. Dr. Anderson was very straightforward and honest, she also won’t force unnecessary and expensive tests on you when they’re not needed. Christie was an amazing tech and very helpful, she helped keep our dog comfortable and taken care of. Everyone was just amazing!

Today I came with Luna as an emergency with some symptoms that had us really worried and we got attended right of way after walking into the door! Luna had stomach pains and the veterinary staff helped us out with her pain, after the visit to the clinic and 1 vaccine later, Luna was feeling way better!!! She was even running and playing in the same day! This place is the best!!!

I was in need for my cat to be seen urgently so I called Companion and they were great at getting him in the same day. We had the best vet tech, Christine. She was so gentle & compassionate with my scared and sick cat. It was evident, she genuinely cares for animals. Dr. Anderson was very kind when handling my cat. She was informative & listened to all of my concerns & questions. I’m very pleased with the experience!

Went once and not coming back, they overcharged me for all the vaccines and a stool sample they never took, they couldn’t give my dog a vaccine in front of me with my husband holding the dog and still got charged for it. Had appointment and still waited for at least 15 minutes plus after we got in the room waited more for anyone to come and see my dog. Save your time and
money and find another place for your pup!

It’s under my dogs name Cooper Kick probably, and I already tried to resolve this over phone, and told your team that I’m not going back, I can’t believe now you don’t even have my dogs information. I can send you screenshots from our visit… yea definitely not coming back!
