Dr Hahn and the vet assistant, the staff as well are amazing! Brought my dog for his first appointment this morning. He can be aggressive with certain things, but they were great with him. They took him to the back deck to finish with shots. A brilliant idea!! He is doing good and not as overwhelmed as he would be after my previous vet. THANK YOU!!

I needed my dogs records as I was out of state. The receptionist seriously told me she couldn't release the records to me because...you're not gonna believe this. HIPAA. Yes, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act now applies to dogs. Who knew!! Absolute clowns.

And this part is primarily a reminder for me, Poor product sales practices. Bought two boxes of Simparica. Both were so close to expired that by time she was to be administered the last two doses they were expired. They put sticker on box saying "Use this box first" so it was done very deliberately. Clearly unable to manage inventory. They should stick to animal/pet care, and stop trying to do sales.

I found the clinic to be extremely disorganized; not even able to keep my dogs age straight. There were some major charting discrepancies, and scheduling errors that weren't a huge deal to me until Dr. Furbeck became cantankerous toward me about it, vs her staff that inconvenienced her. Mistakes happen but when you criticize your customers about it, I lose interest in being said customer. Unfortunately, I think I discovered why they have high staff turnover. I asked for my dogs records, to give to my new vet and there were a couple things written that never happened! That gave me the creeps, to be honest. If you value professionalism, this probably not the vet to use.
