Dr. Sondra Elson came to my home to relieve my dog Ziggy from her pain and suffering. She was phenomenal, she is experienced and shares the whole process in a calm, cool, understanding way. I highly recommend her, and am grateful for her help. I will forever miss my Ziggy, but am grateful that the last moments with her were peaceful and relaxed.

Sondra does have the most compassionate heart! She answered me within a few hours. Sinclair was my 16 year old dog that had many health issues, but was so resilient. It was his time to cross the rainbow bridge. As much as he wanted to stay, his quality of life and comfort level declined very fast. We scheduled an upcoming day and time. She was on time and very professional through the in-home euthanasia. She was very soft spoken, communicative, and respectful. His passing was as peaceful as can be. I chose to cremate him and received Sinclair’s remains back within a week. I appreciate Sondra and Compassionate Heart for making this tough event in life a very smooth process for my whole family and I. I received a clay paw print and a beautiful engraved earn. RIP my sweet boy Sinclair. Thank you Compassionate Heart! From Sinclair and I. We are all happy he can rest at peace and in doggy paradise now.

Dr. Sondra is the best person to help you with transitioning your pet. As so many of the reviews have said, she is the perfect blend of compassion, professionalism, and Veterinary skill. I had to say goodbye to my senior guy with bone cancer who was in a lot of pain.
Thanks to her he was able to be comfortable at home, and showered with Love. I could not imagine a more beautiful way for his final farewell. I will always be grateful to Dr. Sondra for all her help through the process.

My experience with Compassionate Heart and specifically with Dr. Elson was better than what I could have hoped for. Her compassion and care were not just extended to my Norman, but to me as well. I appreciated the fact that I dealt completely with Dr. Elson from the moment I reached out, and the response was swift, which was very considerate. Her patience, attention to detail, and sincerity helped me, but what made the most difference was the fact that Dr. Elson is Fear Free certified, and it made all the difference to Norman. His peaceful passing was due to her expertise.

I can not reccomend Sondra enough. It was a very difficult decision for me to say goodbye to my sweet lab after 12 years together. I knew it was his time though and Sondra was very supportive calming professional and compassionate. I felt very much at peace letting go of my sweet Jax with Sondra guiding me through the process . He left this world in a calm, loving and familar enviroment with no fear. thank you Sondra for everything it is really amazing what you do for pet parents.

Dr. Sondra Elson is an incredible, personable, and compassionate vet. She came to our home and very lovingly and gently put our fur baby to sleep. It was one of the most difficult decisions we had to make, but Dr. Sondra was very calm, kind, and reassuring all through the process while giving us important information prior to and during the process of euthanasia. We highly recommend her, and want to thank her for making a very sad day a little easier.

I have never had a better experience losing a dog because Dr. Sondra Elson is a true angel. Dr. Elson is the most kind, caring, patient, and compassionate human being I've had the pleasure to meet. After battling a terminal illness for her short life, my Daisy left this world in the most peaceful and humane way possible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
