I'll second other reviews that report rude service and I'm taking off several stars for that reason. I've been a customer at ComZone for years but today was the last time I'll ever give them any business. While they did a good job on my order, the staff was bizarrely rude - impatient, angry and condescending - in the face of my being very kind, pleasant and respectful. I gave them no provocation to act out, it was truly abusive behavior on their part. How despicable to treat customers this way.

Wanted quick delivery without fedex hassle so I went into this place and have some pins printed. Around usd80 for 20 of these 1” pins, one design. Ready in three hours. Simple and direct.

So, the response time was great and the turnover was quick. We had a 15 oz mug printed with my boyfriend’s picture for his mom. But unfortunately the print job wasn’t so good. The picture was not aligned correctly. It was crooked. And it’s obvious against the cups rim. It’s not the biggest deal but it gets annoying very quickly when you notice it.

After standing there for 45 minutes，someone finally saw me at the counter. They took my order and says to wait. I waited another one hour, finally they calls my name. We were discussing my book for my exhibition, although it is a little bit complicated, I tried my best to explain to them that I just want them to print it and i will come back to rearrange them. And theres that short haired lady around her 50s, heard our discussion and gone mad on me saying we don't take this kind of orders why you are making things complicated, and then she pushed the order slip back to me in a extremely rude way. Although they accepted it after i said I'm not in a rush, it is still a horrible experience for me, I will not recommend anyone to go to this place, the staffs have no manner at all.

It’s over priced and not even better than other cheaper places. I printed my book which was 30 pages soft cover and it cost 250$ and other stores might cost around 100$. I thought they will have a better quality but it turns out the same. They do the work really fast but still don’t recommend.

I had to print an assignment for my class today and for the first time, I decided to use this business for its services. I had to print two word documents and I had them on a jump drive. I informed the worker that I needed to print and she gave my jump drive to another worker and printed the 26 pages. The total for this service came out to $7.57. I was shocked, but I paid it, only to find out that my classmates who used the computer at the front paid considerably less. The problem, is that this business charges you $5.00 for a charge described as "output from file." The worker knew that I only needed to print word documents and she could have easily informed me that I could have used the computer in the front for a considerably lower price. She failed to do so. I realized that the document printed was incorrect so I had to go back to print select pages. I discussed my concerns with the employee, stating that they should have their prices listed so people can know that it cost $5.00 for them to print from your jump drive, as opposed to it being cheaper if you did it yourself. Instead of agreeing, the workers tried to defend their poor business practices and stated that it was my fault, because I didn't ask them how much it would cost. Most businesses in America list their prices and this company is not an exception although it thinks it should be. I asked the man to stop defending their business practices since we didn't agree, but he kept trying to act like it was okay for this company not to list its prices. I will NEVER go back to this copy center and I suggest you do the same. There are other copy centers nearby like Staples, and trust me, their prices are listed. ComZone should be called ConZone.
