incorrectly diagnosed my 12 year old chihuahua with "dry eyes". We did the eye drop treatment the Doc recommended for 3 months with no noticeable improvement. Finally took her to another vet and a specialist who were both appalled that such a misdiagnosis was made. She is now permanently blind from a condition that could have been treated. Please do your pets and yourself a favor and use Vinewood in Prairie Grove.
Edit: your reply to this is not even close to truthful. The other Vet we took her to and then the specialist were both appalled by your diagnoses. I can send your office their findings if you want.

Staff members are so amazing and kind, the Dr. Is so knowledgeable, they took care of 9 puppies, and three adult Coton's for us.
Our Male was just neutered and he was back to his own self the next day ?

Doc was ok as far as it goes, took his time & explained things well. But he has the worst office help I’ve ever repeatedly seen. They’re friendly enough (except for my most recent visit) but THE MISTAKES made was just too much… from not knowing how many puppy shots had been given on the third visit, repeated the first dose bc it was given by another vet even though I had paperwork (they lost that), had the wrong birthdate, gave me an outdated rabies tag, miscommunication about meds ordered online & most recently, closed the office due to an unforeseen accident but when I arrived for appt., the young lady looked up & told me she spoke to me on the phone personally that morning to cancel. I wouldn’t have driven from west fork if she had! And she was rude about it. 5/14/24 the date, so Dr. Tim can know who it is. Would NEVER recommend the place.

We took our Pet Pig here for the first time. The experience was great. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr. O'Neill was awesome. He took his time and explain all information and answered all questions. Definitely recommend Country Vet Services.

I called this morning (08-28-2023) because my 11 year old cat is very sick and it's urgent he be seen. I was honest about my finances and explained what I could pay today and in full this coming Friday. NO they would NOT see him. I will never go there again never. I consider this office and the entire staff to have a higher regard for MONEY then an animals well being.
And I've only been here once before and was happy with the services and outcome but to be blatantly turned away is inhuman. Thanks for nothing. I will ensure that none of my friends ever consider this place.
I did NOT hang up on anyone. And at this point you people earned this review. Your response is typical. And you couldn't have worked anything our with me. In my opinion you do not care as much as I thought after my one and only visit months back. I was not rude just terribly concerned for my sick pet and the person on the phone just mentioned Care Credit and as I stated I was more concerned about getting care please do not placate me and the situation.
Yes there are other clinics that work within my budget/current situation. So do NOT speak of what other places will or won't do.
And please do not tell me something after the fact.
You heard the whole conversation? So did my best friend and he is appalled at how the situation was handled.
