the absolute best vet. i can’t recommend them more. i drive from the city to northbrook (can be over an hour drive) so my dog can continue to be treated/seen by them. i’ve been to other vets, and nothing really compares. i could go on and on! the moment you walk into countryside you are greeted by the most wonderful and kind staff and they make everything so easy! they love to engage. the vets are empathetic and take their time. they have a great response rate if you email in and every time i’ve called they listen so patiently. they treat baxter like their own. i can be a super difficult dog parent (i ask a million questions) and their patience and understanding always make me feel so much better. love countryside!

Robin provides great customer service and I chose to drive further to this location back in 2022 when I first got my pup Baci because Dr Hannah listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions about vaccines. I continue to bring Baci here for care because they take good care of him and it’s worth it!

Best clinic. I have been bringing my 14 year old dog Bella since she was 12 weeks. The vets are fantastic. So caring and attentive to the needs of my Bella. Dr Hannah saved my dogs life last year. So blessed to have Countryside and the team caring for my fur baby.

Super friendly staff to make people and pets feel welcomed. Both veterinarians, Dr Hannah and Dr Malitz, are very caring and do not rush through an examination! Their fees are reasonable, as well. Highly recommend this clinic!

Stay away from this place. Incompetent, to the point of your animal suffering and having permanent damage as a result of the poor decisions made by their vet. The “treatment” they provided was to just to go home and do nothing. Our German shepherd now has a permanent ear damage. I wish I researched this earlier online and didn’t listen to these crooks. If you care about your animal, stay away from them. They want to do little or nothing and get your money. That seems the model there. Don’t trust their own reviews or the reviews they ask their friends to leave. There are many better vets out there. While the location might seem convenient, if you care about your pet, stay away!
