Countryside took in our sweet baby (10 yr old German Shepherd) and cared for her even though she’d never been there before. She became very sick very quickly and was declining rapidly. She spent 4 nights in their care and came home today her active vibrant self again. Dr Putman & Dr Robinson took excellent care of her. Knowing she doesn’t like to be away from us they let us come sit and visit with her on Saturday and stay as long as we wanted.
I’ve seen the reviews about high prices and I have never had an animal have to stay overnight much less over 4 nights and have as many meds and fluids as she did but I thought the bill sounded about right for what all they did. You get what you pay for and I got back my healthy now happy sweet girl!! So it was worth it. The rest of the staff was amazing as well. Sadly I’m terrible with names so I don’t remember them all.

I dropped my boy Max off on Friday for an abdominal ultrasound for the probability of possible liver cancer, and thankfully, there was nothing found. Dr. Conley was very nice and very supportive, as were the rest of the people who worked in the vet's office.
I would definitely bring Max or our other dog there in a heartbeat.
I highly recommend it.

I love this place. The staff is always friendly, and my pup always loves seeing them. They are super knowledgeable and professional. Proffessional may leave the room when they fall in love with your pet. Then they are like a giddy child. My dogs always feel extra loved and their tails wag like crazy withr the staff.

This is the best vet in town hands down! I have been going here 15 years and it’s perfect! The staff is fantastic and kind and knowledgeable and the doctors are just the best. I love Dr Sanders and all the doctors. I adopted my kitty from the Ark as a baby and I live 25 mins away in Madison City so I was planning to leave them in the beginning, but I can’t because they are that good! )The Ark uses them for the initial spaying). I’m so glad I found this place and will never leave as it has been consistently above and beyond for 15 years. Also the prices are much better. I had my cat’s teeth cleaned a couple years ago and all my friends in Madison and Huntsville area said it was much more expensive so they didn’t even get it done. They had full pics of my cats teeth “ before” and “ after” and the detail was just awesome. Another small but positive point is the taxes are less in Toney so when I have a bigger bill it seems less because of the lesser taxes also. Never had a negative experience ever in 15 years. Praises all around!❤️

P.S. I think part of my review didn’t make sense because I said my friends did not get their cat’s teeth cleaned. I meant they were at a totally different vet and the prices were too high there NOT this clinic. When I re read that it did not seem to make sense. This place has reasonable prices and seems to try and keep them affordable.

I've had many of my pets cared for here! I had a virtual zoo at one point and the care my wife and I received for our pets was always outstanding! They do go above and beyond and the facilities are second to none! My daughter also boards her two labs here and will not trust them to any other veterinary clinic or boarding facility! I cannot recommend Country side enough. Fantastic people, clinic, doctors and boarding facilities! It's a one and your done for your fur baby care!

The staff is friendly and accommodating. It's rare I have to wait in case I have an urgent need for my doggos. It's a little pricey at times for some services but I'll pay more gladly for competence and courtesy which this place has in spades. The Vets are great, the front desk is friendly and the vet techs are some of the nicest people I've ever met.

I have to thank this office and every staff member for caring. I understand how stressful jobs can be, and how frustrating it can be dealing with “those people”…however in the last month I have had to be “those people” twice and they have been exceptional.
Every interaction I have had from the people who answered the phone the exact moment they opened at 7am all the way up to the Drs, every one of them understood that these were my babies and found the patience to be kind and help me. I am so grateful for everything they do for me and my pup kids to keep them safe and healthy!
