Very upsetting experience with The staff because of lack of funds with the inflation being as out of control as it is...
Won't given me prescription cat food because of me not having enough money to bring my 2 cats to get checked when the cats are doing great but I haven't forgotten to buy 2 8.8lbs of prescription cat food to extend my animals life because of the disease he has and it cost 139 and change for the 2 bags...
Not only do the cats lives matter but so does the owner...
Without me paying the bills the cats can't survive...
I've got to allocate what's more important for all of our lives not just the cats, when there's nothing wrong with them more then what's already been discovered...
They have 0 empathy that day...
I don't know what's gotten into them that day but I didn't do it, whatever it was...
I was only worried about my animals and their well being, thus buying the prescription cat food that's very expensive for only 16 pounds...

This was my only bad experience with them so far, usually they are very helpful and nice...
I don't know who peed in their Wheaties, but it wasn't me...

Again if my animals or I are not wanted there or our business, my money is green and spends anywhere after the important bills are taken care of 1st...

Everyone is extremely sweet and welcoming! They don’t rush you and answer your questions/concerns. And they aren’t crazy expensive! Highly recommend the drive cause it’s worth it!

Dr. Simpson was our family vet for both of our fur babies. You can tell she cares about every animal that comes through the door.

Dr. Simpson deserves 100 stars for helping us with our international move! She painstakingly spent hours on documentation and communicating with the USDA to make sure we had every form we needed to be able to travel from the US to our new home, and she did it all again a month later for our dog when a mishap at the airport caused her to not be able to go the first time. Thank you so much for helping us make sure our family got to stay together no matter where we move!

County Line is an amazing vet office. They are kind and care about your pet, AND respect your feelings. There’s never any judgement, they explain procedures, including any known risks, and don’t try to push you into making a quick decision.

This place is the best. My vet could not get my 2 dogs in to be euthanized until the next week(one of them I did not know if she'd make it to the next day suffering from heart failure and the other was dying from cancer)and I tried everyone local and they all said you had to have an appointment and was going to be atleast the next day before any could get them in. This place was so caring knowing you can't schedule when your pet decides it is time to leave this earth and they got us in same day. I am so appreciative because I didn't want to watch her suffer. My dogs were buddies and I'm glad they got to go together.❤
