This was my first time at Covina Animal Hospital, and I made sure I researched the place before going there. Upon arrival, everyone was very welcoming, and what I loved the most was how they treated my baby who is a pittie with so much love. I also voiced my concerns about my dog not getting along with other dogs and they made sure that there were no issues and accidents. I also want to shout out Andrew for answering all my questions and he made me feel more at ease about what to expect since my dog needed to get sedated. I plan to continue to go to Covina Animal Hospital from now on.

The staff are very friendly and considerate. Beginning at the front desk and leading into the exam room.
While in the exam room, the attending staff and doctor always focus their attention on the calmness and comfort of our baby. At the same time, they ensure us that the exam and treatment being provided is for the best health of our baby.

I have been going here for 2 years and I could not ask for a better vet to take my puppy to. They understand each dogs personality and will adjust how they handle and care for them because every dog is unique. The staff is amazingly kind (and they all have such great humor! Via the sign) I took my dog here once to remove a foxtail that had gotten stuck in his paw and they explained the entire surgery process to me and aftercare and now he's back to his regular self. Seriously take your pets here, you won't regret it.

10/10 recommend Covina Animal Hospital! The staff are so friendly and loving towards you and your animals and truly care about giving them the best treatment possible. I’ve taken my cat to other animal hospitals in other states that just wanted to get you in and out of there as soon as possible and did not care much for actually treating your concerns and doing preventative care. Covina Animal Hospital has your pets best interests at heart and takes their time with every patient to give your pets the care they deserve. I am so grateful to live near them and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an animal hospital that will care for your pets as their own and that doesn’t just want your money.

Our family has been bringing our four legged family here for around 40 or more years. Generally a wonderful, caring place, with amazing staff. We will miss, but wish the best for those who have retired. Note: new patients, it can be very busy here. In general, we wish animal care was not so expensive lol

A little pricey but you pay for the Doctors/staff experience, cleanliness, and excellent customer service. This place knows how to treat furry babies. They totally get it! They know our pets are family. I've been coming here for about 1 yr. Dr. Chen has been assigned to Tobi. I like her communication style. She calls/texts/emails. She follows up w you. I love it! You're never in the dark or confused. She answers your questions fast. Tobi has an eye issue so she reached out to other specialists to discuss. I really appreciate her for caring and going the extra mile. The vet techs are very knowledgeable and friendly. They made our dog feel confortable and they didn't rush us out like other vet offices. Our most recent visit was last week. The 2 vet techs that helped us were very sweet to our dog Tobi. They seemed to care about how he was feeling and how us as parents were feelings. We had to do 4 vaccines, lab work and urine sample so it was alot for Tobi. He pulled out the needle in the middle of lab work so the tech had to try again on the other leg. It was a long process but both ladies were patient and understanding. Thank you for making us feel confortable and welcomed. They also knew Tobi loves cheese! Someone is taking good notes and they're reading them too! Woohoo!!!
