I love this place. The doctor is a little old school but he’s awesome. I take what he says to heart. He seems very knowledgeable and is very kind. He also loves my dogs like his own.

I had a really bad experience with the manager at the vet's office. She was very rude and unprofessional. When I asked the vet to call me, she went on a tirade and said the vet wouldn't call me back to answer questions about medication because he never calls anyone back - regardless of why you wanted to speak with him. While I remained calm the manager continued to yell until she finally hung up on me. What's more, they lied about my interaction woth the manager when they responded to my Yelp review. Bottom line, If you care about your pets, I would suggest going somewhere else.

Dr. Steve Harther has been seeing our pets for over 2 decades and continues to see our fur babies with the same care today as he did 20+years ago. Susie and Tabitha are always friendly and accommodating for Roxy and Kona. Thank you

Front desk guy that responded to my phone call was rude and showed no care for what i tried to explain to him.
My dog is in pain and I know exactly the med that makes him feel better which they have prescribed in the past.
We have a trip coming up in couple days and bringing the pup with us.
I nicely explained and asked him to prescribe another one, he said they cannot without seeing the dog which is understandable.
Asked him to give me an appointment then, he said they did not have spots available for the whole next week.
I again nicely told him this is my dog and I know what makes him feel better, if you don't give me this med he will suffer for the next couple weeks when we are out of town.
His exact words, "I dont feel bad, this is not my problem this is your problem"
You would think people who work at a vet hospital would care more about pets, I guess not.

I took our Rossi for the first time to Cozycroft & I’m so glad I went. My sister in law Jeanne recommended them and the were honest, & it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Other places want you to run so many test and think your a bank. We love our animals but honestly, I feel comfortable being able to rescue animals when there are pet hospitals like Cozycroft♥️ thank you for taking care of Rossi♥️

I have been bringing my fur babys for years, now super senior pups. Always greeted with compassion and great comprehensive care, I wouldn't go anywhere else to be honest.
