I have been coming here since 2019 possibly 2018. I recently had an appointment scheduled for my dog and with the craziness of being a full time student and working part time, I made an honest mistake and missed my appointment. I got a bill in the mail for a no show fee of $45. Understandable, but I wasn’t sure when they started doing this, and I was never made aware of there being a no show fee. I called to see if I could get this fee waved since I was never made aware of this new policy. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, telling me I’m lying and that I was made aware of the fee because it’s “in my notes”. I told her numerous times that if she can’t waive the fee that’s fine but they definitely never told me about this new policy and I haven’t even had an appointment with them since 2023 and it’s now 2025. She tells me this is the second time I’ve no showed an appointment and I was like “yeah 2 times in 6 years since I started coming in 2019”. Then she tries to tell me I only started being a patient in 2021, literally just splitting hairs at this point and no I’ve literally been coming since atleast 2019. I originally had an account with my boyfriend and all of our dogs, and when we split up in 2021 I had a new account made with only my dog and my name on it. Mind you this whole time I’m being completely nice and respectful and she was being completely ignorant. She then tells me I shouldn’t have missed my appointment and that she doesn’t miss her doctors appointments ever. I can’t make this up. To which I reply, you’ve never made a mistake and missed an appointment? Apparently she is perfect and has not ever missed an appointment. Get off your high horse, and come back down to earth, I was fine with paying the fee. I just figured it was worth asking for it to be excused one time since I was not made aware of the new policy. I wasn’t asking to be lectured, or called a liar. They can take their $45 fee and shove it, I will not be back. I’ll spend the extra $10 to go to an office that cares about their patients and isn’t completely rude and unprofessional.

Had a veterinary emergency and were told that because our handsome guy wasn't a patient, they couldn't see him. Sadly, he passed away on our way to Cleveland (the closest clinic that would see him). Animal well being is obviously not a priority here. You bring shame and embarrassment to the Meadville community. Good job.

I would not take an animal to this clinic in an emergent situation or in any situation. The staff was nice but never fully checked out our cat and didnt investigate to give us answers of what was going on either. I regret not leaving with our cat, their suggestions was to put him down. When faced with this and not have an answer why, it feels like we put an animal down for no reason. As I reflect on that day, it just seemed very rushed and many tests that should have been done was not!

I have been with this clinic for years but there are things this current vet cannot do. Spaying a dog over 50 pounds and couldn’t do an eye surgery. Wanted to send me to a ophthalmologist veterinarian which would cost a lot more for a simple eye tuck. Also made me wait hours for a Rx that I was told would be on file if it was needed. The script was not in the file. I made a special trip in from being on vacation and waited hours for ointment for eye. Found another local vet that could do the eye surgery and spay the same day. Might as well change vets if this vet can’t do what is needed.

Definitely going to be my new vet for my dog. Extremely informative, kind, welcoming, and great prices. About 1/4th of the price of my previous vet. You can use their online portal to see records, and get reminders about appointments/vaccines. I’m very pleased with my visit!

I love this place. They take great care of my dogs. Thorough exams when I take them in for the price. They show love, care & compassion for your pets. I had to take my best friend of 17 years (Chandler) in to be put down, which was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. They allowed her body to be left there so the funeral home could pick her up there for cremation. A couple days later I received a sympathy card in the mail they all had signed & a beautiful poem, which is now framed & sitting next to her urn to remind me that it was something that I had to do & not my fault. If I could rate them more than 5⭐️ I would! They deserve it!!

I'm going to go on a little rave here. I've worked with many vets and animals over the years but never have I seen a better spay job. I had my dog Isabel spayed here and the incision was the best work I'd ever seen. Her recovery was almost non existent. Thank you to all and keep up the good work. Special thanks to Evelyn.
