After the sudden illness, the situation was distressing, and the cause remained unknown. The swift arrival at the emergency veterinary clinic in orchard park provided much-needed immediate care. The dedicated staff offered expert attention and the necessary resources to help. Thankfully, the pet responded favorably to the treatment and is recovering. The experience highlighted the importance of readily available emergency veterinary services.

Hated being here as we had to (unexpectedly) put our Boxer over the rainbow 🌈. Devistated for sure. HOWEVER, they were the best at handling this event! Kind and caring staff and veterarian was good at delivering the info and options. Patience with us and our decision. ✅

The staff was prepared as I walked through the door to take care of my cat that was attacked by a dog. Took me in right away. Explained everything that was going on, and that Ivy needed to stay overnight due to the serious wound punctures.
They also saved my Holly a couple years ago, as it was touch and go due to a progressed fatty liver disease. I highly recommend this place, and all the staff was very concerned and caring. ❣️

The last thing I wanted to do is go to an emergency vet an hour away from home, but our experience was great! The facilities are clean, very professional, organized, calm, checked us in, ran diagnostics and had a diagnosis and treatment plan in under an hour. Lots of parking. Thoughtfully designed waiting room. Staff throughout was wonderful. Competent, knowledgeable, and compassionate. We will be heading back there for surgery soon, and feel as though we are in very good hands.

I took my foster cat to be evaluated for a neurological disorder. The exam was extensive. Staff are pleasant and thorough. I left my cat over ight for an early MRI tomorrow. I am not worried about her level of care.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Especially after our last experience here.

This facility does a great job of taking care of our furry family members.

The techs or nurses are very sweet and are the best aspect of this place hands down! With that said, the actual vets leave a lot to be desired sadly.

There is a lot more I could say, however, out of respect I'll close with this, please explore every option before attempting to convince that euthanasia is the best course of action.

My puppy is alive, well, and happy because I refused to agree with putting him down!
