I absolutely love this place. The people here are so awesome, all the way from the front desk workers, to the vet techs, to the vetinarians. I have never had to worry if my animals are in good care, they go above and beyond to make sure that they are comfortable with whatever appointment my pets are there for. They give you information about the medication, diet tips, and just make sure you have all the information you need. They even make sure to ask if you have any questions. Every animal I have, I plan on taking to these guys, they are just the best. The only thing that would make me change vets is if I move out of the state.

I can't say enough about this animal clinic. They are kind, considerate, and professional. We have had to put two of our older dogs to sleep, and they made it such a tender moment we can always remember. They even sent us a condolence afterward signed by the entire staff. We brought our dog in to see Dr Ferguson, who was recommended by our regular vet, to get a consultation about her knee issues. She has behavioral issues and we live over an hour away so we weren’t sure how the appointment would go. They were very welcoming and informative when we made the appointment (went over how to premed her) and were confident she would be well taken care of even with an attitude. The appointment went great. The technician was very sweet and patient with Yogi and confident handling her. Dr Ferguson was great, explained everything in great detail and was honest. Yogi did require a mild sedative, but they were able to get better X-rays and a thorough exam. Everyone was friendly from the time we walked in until we left. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Hands down the best place to have care for your baby! From the front desk (hey Kelsie!), to the vet techs to the veterinarians … everyone is amazing. My dog LOVES coming here (she goes wild when we pull up to the building) and I can’t thank everyone here enough. Beyond being friendly, calming and overall awesome, their prices are extremely fair and they participate with a bunch of pet insurance and discount plans (pet assure) that most vets don’t even bother accepting.

They have always taken excellent care of my dogs. Very compassionate staff. When my daughter couldn't get hold of her vet for an emergency. They took her puppy right away. I am sure they saved his life. I love the Critter Fixer staff. 5 stars all the way.
