I would never take my beloved pets anywhere else. Their care is so personalized and special to each animal. Emma and Cat are the absolute best people i’ve ever met. Dr. Hale has taken care of our pets as long as I can remember. There is never overcharging or pressing for extra testing if it is unnecessary. This office truly has your pets best interest at heart. Even if I move away I will be bringing my animals here.

You can tell everyone in the office absolutely loves what they do.

10/10. Knowledgeable doctors and staff, who love our animals. They offer multiple means of communication voice, video, and texting! (Which is most convenient for me, personally.) Their website is full of information, and direct links to keep on top of any prescriptions, special diets, etc. As of Feb 3rd, 2021, the office is continuing its Covid protocols (such as drop off only, extra cleaning, etc), small precautions, which make visits take a bit longer, but staff keeps you updated the entire time; I always feel safe leaving my animals with them and appreciate the extra measures taken to ensure health and safety of everyone.

Called first thing in the morning to see if there was a cancellation or drop off slots open as my kitty was just not acting herself and not eating. They were able to squeeze me in as a drop off and took the time to call when they had checked her over. This gave me the greatest relief knowing she's okay as I'm leaving to go out of town tomorrow. Staff were all wonderful from my initial phone call to when I picked her up! ❤️

I have had all three of my dogs as patients at Cross Creek Animal Clinic. Dr. Hale is great with my pets and is very knowledgeable and experienced. He always gives you as much information as possible including all the science and technical terms I can't understand, but he is good at explaining. The staff is always friendly and helpful and love on my dogs every time we come in which is great because they end up enjoying the visit instead of having anxiety. I would recommend Cross Creek to anyone for their vet/animal needs.

Awesome Veterinary Practice!! Staff and Veterinarian are first rate. I have been going here for many many years and a few pets. I have had nothing but good experiences here and feel really lucky to have Dr. Hale and his competent staff caring for my pets. Dr. Hale knows his stuff and his staff are very caring, kind and attentive to me and my pets. Prices are affordable for those who are on a budget also. Cross Creek, you rock!

Despite moving across town, I still bring my pets there because I trust them so much.
