Dr. B and her team are amazing. They always take their time to explain in detail all of my dog’s needs. The care, love and skills they provide are amazing. The clinic is extremely clean, the staff members are super friendly and welcoming and they treat your pet like their own. I wouldn’t take my baby anywhere else. Thank you crossroads for all you do.

My dogs have been using for CrossRoads for over 4 years and I couldn’t be happier. Drs Bearden, Cruzat, and Quick have all been exceptionally dedicated to the well being of all of my dogs. We have 3, French bulldogs and one of them is always at the clinic for something. The costs have gone up over the years , but the costs of everything have gone up. St. Clair and Branchville are cheaper but the quality of care is so much lower and they hardly ever have an actual doctor available. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Everyone from the kennel, to the front desk have been incredibly helpful, patient, and empathetic. Would highly recommend!

I read the reviews and decided to try this place out for my and my boyfriend’s new kitten. The lady at the front desk was very friendly over the phone when setting up our first appointment. They were able to squeeze our kitten in for an appointment the next day. All the staff were friendly and took good care of our kitten. Thankfully they let us know that it was a he and not a she. They even sent us home with some goodies. Great customer service and pet care, we will definitely come back here for his next appointment!

They saved my sweet Sadie's life! They were caring and concerned. They worked extremely hard to do everything possible. They wanted to save her just as much as I did, they did not just give up on her! Thankfully they did not!

Over a year ago they were great (wish I could take down my previous glowing review). Since then the constant changing of vets and their inability to keep up with their influx of clients coming into their doors has made them not so caring when they were before. I find the sign on the front desk uncaring and outright disrespectful … so I took my business elsewhere. Also, I don’t need anyone to tell me that you’re over priced, we found that out after price checking elsewhere . That sign on your front desk counter just caused me to seek vet appointments elsewhere. The fact is that you’ve become short with patients whose animals that are dying and towards clients asking simple questions when the vet can’t even BE THERE upon the pick up of our pet and has the VET TECH give us the death sentence results to us about our precious dog … this was highly unexpected, unfair, and unprofessional!! No thank you.

If you want the best for your pet go here! I was anxious about my babygirl having her teeth cleaned. After seeing their protocol I had no doubt she was in very good hands and I had taken her to the right place. Cost was very reasonable considering everything she had done. Well worth it knowing she was being well taken care of. Will definitely be making them my regular vet.
