Jennifer is very meticulous with all the paperwork information on all 3 of my love hounds. Doctor and Jennifer take wonderful care of my babies needs. We've been going here for about 6 years now and have had nothing but the best care. Culver is very fortunate to have their very own animal veterinarian. I feel very blessed! ❤

Re: ear cropping. Dont bother to ask for a longer show crop. Youll get a medium crop at best. I'd have preferred to keep the natural ears than look at these shorter ones that clearly look silly on my dogs larger head.
Vet tech will quote you a price range for a surgical procedure. Understandable. When you call to check on your pet and hear all went well no issues but your bill is more than double. No thank you. I was sold different pills, multiple creams and ointments. What should have been a few hundred was close to 1k. All while admitting the procedure went great, no issues during or post op. So why so much more? The extras they make you buy. The lies of "I never quote that price" it's unacceptable.
I won't go back. And unless you have deep pockets, there are vets out there with love for the animals, not the almighty dollar.
The "free" follow up care isn't free either. These ladies are shrewd. Beware.

I now live in Florida but lived in Culver and went to Dr. Samuelson. She is the best Vet we have ever used. We have had many, many pets from show dogs ,guard dogs ,cats guinea pigs you name it. We have always received excellent care from Dr. S. She saved our Dobes life when she tore all her stomach stitches out. She and her staff are down to earth people and Dr. S knows her stuff. I wish could have put her in my pocket and brought her to Florida! Sure miss her touch!! Highly recommended.

Typically an animal Hospital will squeeze in emergency cases. I called to get my puppy seen because he hadn't eaten 2 days and was weak. No turned out not parvo....they said they couldn't see him because they were booked out. Take the "hospital" off of your sign and web page.
