Good people. I was able to get in and out in under an hour so I was happy. They helped me out to the car with my 2 puppies. Very reasonable prices.

Money hungry don't care about animals at all Mrs Hope who had it before was awesome I miss her so this hag of a vet won't let u pay out in installment money money that's all she wants would not take dead dog to her

You will find the people here very friendly and very helpful. Your fur babies will be In very great hands here, my fur baby DAISY had surgery to be fixed and she had to stay overnight and she never stayed away from me but when I went back to get her she of course was very happy to see momma but u could tell she was in great hands during her stay. There really aren't enough great words words to express just how great this place really is with your fur babies. The prices here are great as well. I would def tell any and everyone to visit here for all their pet care needs. Have a blessed day everyone.

i’ve had nothing but bad experiences here. please do not bring your animals to them. i brought my cat in several months ago due to some sort of sickness, they were quick and didn’t spend hardly any time with him, gave him a shot and sent him home. several months later(a few weeks ago) i bring him back, he’s lost 50% of his body weight, visually has a very serious illness. he looks and sounds very sick. they took a tube of blood and said everything’s fine and nothing more they can really do. i asked for meds or antibiotics, they said they can’t give him anything or send home with meds without a diagnosis. they DID give him another shot which did absolutely nothing. they charged me $300 for literally nothing. now he has to be put down because his illness is so bad and is suffering. if they had been more thorough and gave him the medical attention he obviously needed, he’d probably still be here.

Went in for ear infection on a minpin dog, walked out with 3 prescriptions, nail service, cleaned her ears, explained to us about her false pregnancies, give us a hour of service for only 150.00. The vet and staff were top knotch. Very impressed

May 17 2021 I took my 1 1/2 year old cat to have her spayed. One week later she was still not recovering . She wouldn't eat , wouldnt drink. I took her back Monday May 24th to see why she wasn't better. I followed all instructions for home care. I wasnt able to go in to office with my sweet girl due to covid restrictions. My girl was running fever . I was sent home with antibiotics and pain meds . I was told she had infested a flea and antibiotics should help and she should return to her normal self That her sutures were fine . She didnt get better she got worse . I had to give her water by syringe to try to keep her hydrated. Wednesday May 26 at 9 am as I lay with her, her outer incision started oozing so we got her up rushed to the clinic called them letting them know our situation clinic to be told we would not be seen until 1 pm!!!! After my fiance told them that its an emergency situation. We were finally told to wait in our vehicle and they would try to fit us in as soon as possible. So we sat with my sweet baby for 2 hours holding her and trying to ease her pain while still oozing from her incision. They finely take her in and tell us she will be put on an IV all day and what has happened was. That the sutures were not agreeing with her body. So all day on IV and Thursday May 27 she would reopen incision site and use a differnt brand . So we left her at at 11: 30. Wednesday . At 2:30 pm I got a call from the vet saying that my cat does not like her and she hisses at her every time she goes near her and
she needs to get the IV in. And doesn't want anyone to get bit or scratched!! I'm thinking what the hell!! she knew my baby wasnt drinking water she knew she needed fluids. And my girl had been in her care for 3 hours!!! She decided to sedate her ,IV her then preceded to do reopen surgery after fluids were ran. She called me to say that she was out of surgery and doing wel. and that she thinks maybe it's bobcat fever , a serious blood parasite. She drew more blood to see why my cat was so sick. She couldnt decide what was wrong . She consulted with other vets around Arkansas . it went from a flea ingestion to a bad reaction to sutures that she said was healing fine 2 days prior. I got a call at 7: 44 pm Wednesday the 26 saying it was a blood parisite and that she wants to write 2 prescriptions and for us to go fill them at a local pharmacy and for one of us to come in wearing mask and give her the oral medication. Thursday morning May 27 because my cat is angry and she doesnt want anyone to get bit or scratched. So we were to pick up prescription and take this to our girl administered it for the vet and go from there. And doc said that if she still becomes dehydrated that she won't be in office due to holiday and would give us an emergency hospital in case IV needs happens! Sadly this was the first time for my cat to ever see this clinic and it was her last? My cat went here for what I was told a routine procedure and died 11 days later!? at 2nd visit is when reopen surgery should have taken place . Because my sweet baby would still be alive . I will never recommend this place ever. Never ever!!!!!
