We don’t live in Winamac. We were horse camping. We had a little emergency, or what we felt was an emergency last Friday. I called them in the afternoon and they worked our dog in before the end of day. They were kind, fixed him up and we continued our camping trip as scheduled. Thank you so much for your kindness and I felt the fee was very reasonable. Totally recommend!

Great, friendly staff. Very welcoming. We loved everyone and so did our dog, Ronan. Exactly what we have been looking for after moving and needing a new vet clinic.

Sadly Dr Davis has retired and immediately, after about 4 years of having the greatest vet we had ever met we were now treated like trash. Brought a regular pet in for his regular bare shave under sedation as he’s too anxious to have groomed and they sent him home with some kind of lion cut with mats still in the back of his head and all the areas that may the worst untouched.

Spoke with the new vet who just didn’t care and blamed me for not specifying that we wanted the same basic shave that was done the previous two times. They do not groom but he was kind enough to shave our boy bald for his comfort.

We will miss Dr Davis and his loving staff greatly but that doesn’t exist anymore.

I brought my kitten in for a first exam. Everyone was so nice and caring. I told them about a strange episode the kitten had and after the veterinarian examined him, the explanation was clear. He had broken off a tooth. She really put my mind at ease that he was going to be ok.

During visit w mother noticed her dog scratching much, so called Davis. They took us in quickly, gave shot & pills to pooch—who then slept peacefully for next 3 days straight 🙂

Reasonable prices, friendly staff. They were able to get us in same day for a lost cat we wanted checked out.

I took my 8 year old Rottweiler in, swollen face from a cat attacking back, finding its way into my fenced in yard.. Davis said he was 99% sure that the swollen face and infection was due to one of my other dogs.. a Pit Bull/Bully mix that was outside at the same time.. he said that, and I thought to myself "is this your professional opinion"? I was right there when the cat was clawing/biting for its life..
Davis didn't even look around his neck, to look for anything.. Davis knew that he wasn't eating, but sent me home chewable antibiotics that I was unable to get down my poor boy's throat.. he wouldn't let me do payments on a $300 antibiotic shot that probably would've saved his life.. I watched my poor boy lie on my kitchen floor suffering, and then die, breaking my heart.. he was such a good boy.. knowing Tank wasn't eating, what did Davis think? I am disgusted, angry, and would not recommend anyone take their fur babies here..
