Deerfield animal care center is the most honest and trustworthy that I have ever come across. From A-to-Z, their knowledge is beyond any other vet that I have used in the past. They are capable of anything, and they are truly accommodating and kind. Professional is an understatement. What a well run facility and kind staff. Everyone there makes an impact. Thank you to the team that helped my cat get their care and vaccines done in a minute. I absolutely was a bit nervous for my new cat coming in since she’s a bit nervous, but tao was able to take good care of her. Dr Diab was able to handle her really well through the exam and Jocelyn was able to bring her back in the crate to me. My cat was a whole different person that I didn’t expect. Thank you team

We arrived a little early and were taken right in. We were allowed to ask questions and interact with the doctor and techs. I want to support Deerfield animal care not only for their great service and care for our adopted cat, but also for their support of all of the rescues and shelter animals they care for. They are true to their word and they do support the animals and new parents after adoption. This was very important to us and we will continue to use Deerfield Animal Care for all of our kitty veterinarian care. They have earned our loyalty.

I took both of my dogs in for check ups. Upon arrival the staff was very polite and accommodating. The vet tech listened to my questions and responded with understanding and empathy. The doctor got down to the level of my dogs. She tolerated their kisses while examining them. She had clear, concise answers for my questions. Check out was efficient and cheerful.

The team and doctor were fast and very caring for my cat. The only downfall is one of the techs Tina was rude to our daughter as she had already have a hard time interacting with people. Our daughter brought our cat in for an exam. She was talking too fast and would interrupt her as she was in a rush. Her attitude sounded like she didn’t want to be there. She walked out from the room without an apology. Next time my daughter is there we be sure not to request her.

Both of our dogs hate the vet so we love having Dr. Zebold, who understands that and is really patient with them. The entire staff is also very sweet with them and we always feel well taken care of. They’re great with reminding us of vaccine updates and explaining our concerns.
