La verdad este lugar ha sido maravilloso con la atención que El ha recibido. Es la segunda vez que lo visito y toda la gente es súper amable, además de que es el lugar es súper limpio y agradable. Los recomiendo sin duda. La cuenta a pagar es lo doloroso, pero en cualquier lugar todo cuesta.

This is the second time we came to this place. Both times all the employees including the doctors were fantastic. The place es súper clean and they always follow you on how your pet is feeling. I recommend. The painful part it’s for us when we need to pay the bill.

We’ve moved around a lot so we’ve had several vets for our fur babies. Of all the places we’ve been to this is by far the best place. The office setup is very comforting and comfortable. The entire staff is attentive and communicative beyond measure. Upon entry you’re warmly and genuinely greeted. The waiting room is spacious. They even have great wellness plans for the pups too! We’re extremely happy we found this place and that it’s just 5 minutes away from our home. We highly recommend giving Delray Beach Animal Hospital a try. Your fur babies will thank you for it!!!

I brought my dog here because I was very concerned for him and felt it was an emergency due to him being very lethargic. He is an older dog 10 years old. I never have had any issues with him but as we know with old age there comes a time things will arise. The prices here were too expensive and I was unable to get an X-ray to find whatever it was making my dog so sick I was only able to afford getting blood work done for him to hopefully get an answer. There was no clear answer as to what was happening with my dog based on the labs but the vet came in and I asked him for his professional opinion if he thinks it would be able to wait till tomorrow where I could bring him to a vet I can afford and he did not reassure me and basically told me he wasn’t going to make it through the night to see the vet the next day.. I was devastated and broke out into tears thinking I was going to lose my dog because I couldn’t afford their expensive prices. My 6 year old son was with me as well. The staff apologized to me “if anything happens” basically implying that they are sorry if I wake up to a dead dog.. The whole experience was disheartening and made me untrustworthy of emergency vet care moving forward. Here we are a week later and my dog is fine and his behavior is like he is ready to live out another 10 years. I understand there are precautions and no medical advice can really be given without proper diagnosis but to make me feel like I was leading my dog to his death because I couldn’t afford your prices is just wrong.

Since the owner decided to respond I just want to clarify I AM NOT DUMB and I know which business I left a review for.. Sorry your staff gladly took $400 dollars from me for blood work and doesn’t remember who we are.. No need to further investigate because I highly doubt there is anything you could do for us nor would I return there. For clarification you are located after Atlantic Blvd on the right hand side of powerline if you are headed north and there is a Publix in the plaza.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Delray Beach animal Hospital. As others have noted, the staff is very attentive and friendly. The doctors and technicians are professional and courteous. Dr. Velez in particular make sure to spend an appropriate amount of time with you to understand the health status of your pet, what the plan for change is if necessary, and how things are going on the path to excellent health. Any and all charges are explained ahead of time as well as methods to reduce costs as much as possible. Well done all!

Garage Programming

This place is terrible. I boarded here and left with $2k in charges and an apparent neurological problem that never existed and wasn’t existent, only popped up when she went there, spent $3k for their dog neurologist referral, had no result from the testing, and my dog recovered a month later without medication.

They somehow gave me my dog back with neurological problems after boarding for 2 days (drove back a day early when they said my dog couldn’t walk), and charged me $2k for tests they ran (toxicology and full X-ray even though they had her inside on camera at all times). I picked my dog up out of a kennel in the back sitting in her own pee. I carried her out myself without help from staff - I just don’t get an offer to move her or help. Also doctor never reached out after, didn’t really care about the dog at all after he sent us to a dog neurologist for an extra 3k.

Dog immediately recovered from her two days boarding - she was back walking regular after a month of me holding her up with towels to get her feet working. She’s 10 now, this occurred when she was 2. Never had a single problem since.

Found a great vet a block away that actually cares, if you search you can find him.

This was in 2016 - I would’ve let this go but it seems like this guy is still actively attacking people that give examples of his work.

If you value your dog, theirs like 10 other places I would recommend before this.
