I’ve been taking my calico kitten, Athena, to Deshon Animal Hospital for the past few months, and I’m beyond impressed with the care she’s received.

Dr. Whitney has been wonderful—kind, knowledgeable, and always straightforward about the best options for Athena’s health. She’s been great about keeping Athena protected from fleas and ticks, which has been a huge relief. Just a few days ago, Dr. Whitney also performed Athena’s spay surgery, and everything went smoothly with no complications.

What really stands out to me is how reasonable the care costs are—after shopping around, I’ve found that Deshon offers the most affordable prices without sacrificing the quality of care.

I’ve always felt confident in the decisions Dr. Whitney makes for Athena, and it’s clear that the whole team at Deshon genuinely cares about the animals they treat. I can’t recommend this clinic enough.

Dr. Rose is excellent, but the new office manager and these prices are ridiculous; $25 for a nail trim on a 5-lb pup that doesn't even fight or bark without blinking an eye is crazy work. Also, the clinic manager told me she fired the old staff for not doing their job. Her words were so rude that I felt uncomfortable. The receptionist was nice but the environment lost the familiarity and warmth I’d experienced previously. Also, I heard the instructions to a pet waste fee to the nail trimming which I don’t think is added to all nail trimming, just mine. The office has an overall lack of professionalism so I will be finding a new vet. Thanks!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! If you an OCD, doing the most, over enthusiastic and open to be given knowledge type new pet parent like myself, this is the Vet for you. I bombarded one of the secretaries one day with questions. She patiently and warmly answered them all. I scheduled my first appointment and when I brought my fur baby in, I was welcomed by a different secretary but with the same welcoming and patient energy. And the Doctor...oh my! Just wonderful. She educates you as the pet parent on what to expect, praises you for the good that you are doing, gently corrects and advises you if you are doing something not so great and is overall very supportive. Everyone I met thus far has been wonderful. Again, I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I must update my review. Me myself every time I have gone to this office. I have not had an issue. Elderly family. Member went up there with his fur baby and the new person at the front desk was so mean and so rude. I am utterly disgusted. we must take care of our senior citizens. There is no need to be rude and disrespectful. And if they have a hard time understanding, we must take the time to help them get clarity. For this reason I will not be returning. I disagree with any type of elderly mistreatment or abuse and must take my business elsewhere.

Daisy and i love this place! The Dr and her team are amazing! Daisy barely felt her shots and left happy camper we will definitely be back! Highly recommended

Never a bad experience with them. I have been taking my dogs here since they opened. Experienced staff and Dr. Whitney Rose is the best! As an added bonus my dogs love it here when I board them.

Inconsistent information, no one is ever at the front desk, customer service is poor and uncharged once you get your per in. Was quoted $25 for a rabies shot but when arrived, told an extra $70 for exam and that the shot would be $30. Staff doesn’t have valid information about their services. Will never go again. Waste of time.

They always take excellent care of Baylee. The groomer does a fantastic job time and time again. Unfortunately, on our last visit we weren't contacted in time enough to pick her up and Baylee had to stay overnight.
