Tried to save a old starving cat that ended up passing away 3 days later. Everybody at Dickin Memorial was very helpful and understanding, and it made this painful event much easier to bare. If you have a pet that is loved, take it here for medical care.

I went to Dickens for the first time today with our 13 yr old & 5 yr old doggies for a vet appt. The waiting room was beautiful, Visit rooms were huge, staff we’re all very nice & Vet was incredible & non-judgmental! The best part was having cuddlebugs right next door to perform a quick nail trim as soon as we were done with the appt! I could not recommend more! Will not be going back to previous Vet & wish I had switched sooner!

I adopted my 2 cats from Dickin and they are also the vet for my guys. Until recently, I liked this practice but my last visit the front staff person was rude and I found that I was misinformed about what to expect when I was requested to take the brothers instead of just 1 of them. Shame on you for reneging on your promise

The best veterinarian in Binghamton! Doctors are all trained in Cornell University. Staff is warm, caring and knowledable. I am very impressed with the level of care, knowledge, sensitivity to maintaining reasonable prices without jeopardizing the quality of care.

I cannot say enough good about this vet office! The staff is amazing and knows my dogs by name. The fact that they have on call emergency care is also very convenient. I would recommend this office to anyone.
