Digs was great. I called at about 10am and they showed up at noon to pump our septic tank. He even located and dug out the tank cover. Our tank was not where we thought it was... It was $400 for our 1000 gallon tank.

They were very friendly and quick to get to work and charged less than any other company around. I called at 10 am and Marty showed up at noon. I thought my septic was full but it turned out to be just a bad pump. He replaced my pump and didn't have to clean my septic tank. I recommend Dig's over anyone else!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Their service was terrible. Did not come prepared for the jobs raised the prices and the service guy they sent out seemed quite unmannerly and unwilling to lend aid. After speaking with the manager he did not offer an appology or any sort said okay and hung up. I do not recommend doing business with them . Their prices are cheaper but I rather have quality workmanship and workmanmanship Guarantee. I would pay more for a better sense of mind

Hands down best service! I called over the weekend and left message, my call was returned within an hour. They came the very next day and resolved the situation. I would highly recommend them. I felt very comfortable knowing he did the right thing and didn’t take advantage where he could have charged for something that didn’t need to be done. Great service!

Bj came out pumped out my tank did a great job real nice and at a fair price when they pump your tank out they do a great job unlike some company's pump it half way down and charge alot of money diggs pumps it out down to the bottom thanks diggs and sasser great people
