I Seen D. Smith, PA-C here and I gotta say he Listened to me and Understood my Complaints, Addressed the Issues and Came up with a Treatment Plan I Believe I can Live with. The Front Office People knew what they were doing, Scheduled the Appointments, Set-Up the Outside Exams & Bloodwork to be done and let me know if Anything came up Like Changes or New Information She would be in Touch & Verified my Contact Information.
Seems Like Doctor Visits are Never Fun but my Appointments with Doctors Clinic and Delmar Smith, PA-C are Always Helpful, Informative and Get me Back on Track.

Delmar Smith is one of the most thorough physicians I have ever seen. I would highly recommend him. All visits were well documented and completely covered by my insurance companies. Waiting time was reasonable. Staff was friendly and cooperative.
However, the other doctor doesn't document well and only addresses the issue that you have at that time.

Treated unfairly. Lady was rude. Did a UA and they didn’t let me talk to MY own employer until he asked to speak to me. Told me my pee was too cold and she checked the temp with her hands. Super shady. Definitely don’t recommend ever going here unless you like to be treated badly.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Total rip off. I was charged almost $150 just to get a prescription renewed and the Dr. went so far as to write in the notes false statements so the insurance wouldn't cover it. Then the Dr. avoided returning my call. I've been calling daily for a week now and he's always conveniently busy. Have yet to get a call back.

Tell your family and friends not waste their time.

The only reason it even got a star is because I have to select at least one star to post this.

Leaves there patients waiting an for an hour and half. Does care enough to make it right or even call to check up on them, after they walked out. The front desk was very rude and had no idea what was really going on, which made the situation even harder.

My family has found the doctors staff to be very friendly and helpful. Doctor Baldridge was very helpful and took time to explain our conditions and treatment.
