I wish I could put NO stars! Several years ago Smith allowed a vet tech to pull 19 of my dogs teeth. My dog was 4 years old! Smith never said anything at intake exam that this would happen. I learned that I should have filed a complaint with the AZ MEDICAL BOARD but regretfully I never did. Please do not let this happen to you and if it does or other mistreatment happens FILE A COMPLAINT!!! This was considered major surgery and Smith should not have allowed a vet tech to perform. My baby had to live the rest of his life like this. Also had a dog with cancer that he told me to give baby food. Took dog to Phoenix vet who diagnosed the cancer.

Website shows treat birds but you call and they do not. Which is super stressful trying a vet to treat bird up in Prescott. Looks like phoenix is only option for emergency care for birds.

Dr Smith is both an excellent vetinarian and compassionate Dr. He phoned us regarding our dog and gave important information and was available despite his busy schedule
He's highly recommended for our cats as well as our dogs.

My dog Chewie was seen by the female Vet! She used to see my parents dogs and they were very happy with her. Chewie seems very happy with her also. Have been taking him there since I first got him. Very happy and will recommend to others!!! Very clean. Friendly and sincere.
