Dr Norm is the best vet in this area. He will get on the floor with your pet while examining them. He makes my pups feel so comfortable that they love coming to see him. Very caring, considerate, and loving vet.

Clean,friendly,affordable,and truthful(won't tell you something is wrong if it isn't). Dr. Norm is a very nice vet, and the whole staff. Domino loves him or it could be his treats.......They need more parking spaces.*edit*They built another building behind the original with more parking. He's become very popular.He is popular……he’s had to add two more vets.My pets love Norm and the others! Goldie loves him too.
EDIT......Domino was euthanized on Sunday December 22nd. I just want to say that everyone at this vet practice was and is one of the best. Domino was loved there.

This vet only care about the $ not the pet. I have brought my allergic dog to them several times each time she’s had a skin test that has come back the same. This always ends up being a 200 to $250 visit. I was out of a job very short on funds and all out of medication. I called and begged them just to refill her prescriptions. They would not help unless I came in and did the Skin screening which comes back with the same issue every time now my dog is suffering terribly because they couldn’t refill the medication‘s that she’s been getting for quite some time now without having the screen test…that always comes back with the same result.

This is Dr. Norma answer to not helping when there is a financial need and a dog that had known skin issues.

I love this place a lot. Theyve always taken good care of my dogs, even the grooming side. All of my dogs go here. The technicians and veterinarians take the time to speak with you. Their prices also are not even bad. I got both my dogs 3 years worth of vaccines, blood test, fecal test, bordatella for only $360.

My wife couldn't wait to move back to this area so she could take our dogs to Dr. Norm when we lived in Navarre she always said nice Things about this animal hospital and how she wished the animal clinics around navarre were as nice through and diligent as they are here. we just took our oldest dog Leroy in for a teeth cleaning and to have a lump checked out on his jaw. I believe the Drs name was Dr Gibson. She came out and talked to us and was very understanding and gave us very very good details on what she was gonna do and why it needed to be done and what we could expect and she was everything you could ask for in someone that was taking care of our dogs we will never take our animals anywhere else. Everyone is amazing there and very compassionate

Grooming services are amazing! kaire took time to talk to me about what I wanted my baby Nina to look like and offered suggestions! She was sweet and loving to my baby! The front staff is also phenomenal! Highly recommend all Dr Norm’s services from vet visits, boarding and grooming! Before and after pictures included!
