The front staff was slow, it seemed like I was a bother to her by asking questions. There was also a new customer intake form on the main counter with someone's personal information sitting there for anyone who walked up to front counter to see. I mentioned that they might not want the clip board sitting there. The reception person said they would in a minute. Then she picked it up and tossed it onto a cabinet behind her. That is not ok. Someone's info was there, addresse, name, phone number. I could have taken a photo, there was no urgency to protect someone information. Dr. Joy is a Fantastic Vet! I am not sold yet on the rest of the staff.

I feel Dr. LaMar really cares about my animals I bring into Northtown Guardian Pet hospital. I've only had positive experiences there. I would definitely recommend.
