Shen's team is incredibly warm and caring towards animals. Shen is very professional, and all the equipment was well-prepared. Our cat really dislikes car rides, so the in-home visit allowed him to be as relaxed as possible. I could also closely observe the sampling process, which I couldn't see at a regular vet clinic, making me feel more at ease. Additionally, Shen provided very professional explanations and discussed various care tips specific to Ragdoll cats, which reassured me even more. I recently had the pleasure of an in-home veterinary exam with Dr. Li for my dogs, Loki and Neinei, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, Dr. Li demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for my pets.

For today's visit, Dr. Li was very knowledgeable and provided clear, detailed explanations about their health and any concerns she had. The in-home visit eliminated the stress for my dogs, and they were much more relaxed in their familiar environment. Dr. Li also came well-prepared with all the necessary equipment and supplies to conduct a comprehensive examination right in our living room.

Dr. Li also explained the potential health concerns for the breeds of Corgi and Golden Retriever, giving us a better understanding of how to take care of our dogs. This level of detailed explanation is something you don't often get in a vet clinic.

This experience was totally different from a regular visit to the vet clinic. During the home visit, my dogs were the only patients at that time, ensuring they received the full attention of Dr. Li and her team. For myself, I not only heard what they observed about my dogs, but I could also ask about anything I specifically wanted to know. I could inquire about my concerns and what was happening with my dogs. I felt fully communicated with Dr. Li, which gave me great peace of mind.

Dr Shen Li and her team are very patient and professional from contacting them for in house service thru the visit. My dog was very intense to any check up or vaccination in clinic before but they made him so calm and brave to finish the whole exam and collected blood sample. My dog is 4 years old and I used to take him to Vet hospitals for annual check. This is the first time I try in-home exam with Dr. Li and this was amazing experience. Dr. Li came to our house with her team, we started with discussion of common diseases for corgi and my concerns about my dog's health. During the time she got familiar with my dog to calm him down for following exams. My dog had been very intimidated by previous vet visits, but this time with my companion and Dr. Li's patience, he is doing a good job. We did routine physical check, comprehensive blood check, urine and fecal test, ultrasound for internal organs. The results came out fast and Dr. Li explained lab tests explicitly. I feel reassured to have my dog examined by such a knowledgeable, responsible and patient doctor! Strongly recommend!
