Pawsitively impressed! A ten-star experience at Dr. Treat Burlingame Clinic. A long anticipated wait is now over! I have been waiting Dr. Treat Burlingame location to open for a while since it much closer to my home.

We had a pleasure of visiting with my fur baby, Coco and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service and care we received. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that Dr. Treat clinic goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and pet friendly environment!

The staff are not only highly professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate. They greeted my fur baby with warmth and address all our concerns from dental hygiene to anxiety concerns and so much more. Coco got her shots updated and we scheduled a follow up for dental cleaning.

One aspect that truly stood out was the organization and cleanliness of the clinic. That facility was reflecting a commitment to maintaining a hygiene environment for both pets and their owners. I appreciated the attention to details that made a huge difference.

The waiting area was thoughtfully designed to provide a stress free environment for our four legged family members.

Additionally, they use modern technology for diagnostics and treatments. This level of commitment to stay current with veterinary advancements instills confidence in the quality of care they provide!

What set Dr. Treat clinic apart is their dedication to client education. Our Dr. Moffatt took the time to explain my dog's condition, preventative care measures and treatment options. I felt well informed knowing that Coco's health was in capable hands.

Let's talk about how seamless it was from end to end booking in the Dr. Treat app - it's a one stop shop for reminders, upcoming appointments & history, invoice/ payment. No more searching through papers and different emails! I love the efficiency and easy access to pet care! It's inspiring to see the innovation in pet care and so proud of Dr. Treat leading the change.
It made the entire experience stress-free and convenient for both Coco and me.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Treat to my fellow pet owners. The compassionate staff, commitment to client education, use of modern technology and clean facility make this clinic my number one choice for pet care. Left feeling grateful to have a reliable partner in our pet's health journey.

I was very impressed with Dr Treat. The staff were very nice & helpful to Rosie, our 2 year old Rottweiler. Dr Hong thoroughly examined her & explained symptoms & possible treatments.
I like the fact that the clinic has a doctor 24/7. Having a membership is very efficient. I will be going to Dr Treat for all of our veterinary needs in the future. It was a pleasure to see how well Rosie was treated.

I told doc that Humane Society had tested for parasites but she told me no, only dates for next vaccines provided. Sure enough was able to show tech on health info provided that this was done. Felt a bit rushed by doc. Tech Lupe & front desk Lynn were wonderful.

The whole staff went above and beyond to help our German Shepherd. I don’t think any other vets would have been able to successfully treat him 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

First visit here with my dog for a suspected ear infection. We were able to get in the same day, were greeted warmly which continued on into the exam room with the lovely, kind vet tech and vet. Very pleased with all aspects of this office and recommend. We will be continuing on here and leaving our vet office of 24 years which was bought out and changed terribly.

i have an anxious pup and the staff was very patient and understanding! they didn’t try to rush him. I’m new to the yearly payment group and so far seems like an amazing gig! vet was knowledgeable and didn’t push anything, just gave me info. absolutely zero complaints, only positives (:

Kiwi had a great time at Dr. Treat’s. How often can you say that about a vet visit? The facilities are lovely and the team are as dog mad as any furbaby parent is. They were patient and gentle with her. We never felt rushed. Kiwi was shy at first but in no time was wiggling her bum at them for butt scratches and showing off all her tricks much to everyone’s delight.
