Esperas de más de 2 horas después de registrarme sin cita, voy y pregunto me dicen que me han llamado 2 veces y no tengo llamadas registradas de ellos y me dicen que ya no me pueden atender y que haga lo que yo quiera, DESPUÉS DE 7 AÑOS en esta clínica y no es la primera vez, antes había tenido problemas también pues me tuvieron esperando más de 4 horas, ya buscaré otra clínica

Best pet boarding in town. They give your dog lots of attention and make sure they are healthy and happy the entire time. They are happy to provide updates at any time and call if there is even the smallest concern. My dogs leave happy, not stressed out at all. I wouldn't take them anywhere else.

I brought my moms pet in to be euthanized due to a spinal injury that they could not afford to be treated. The amazing doctors and nurses did not feel comfortable putting her down due to her age and her having a chance to have a good life. They found her a home writhing hours. I can express how thankful I am . They are truly a blessing and I hope they continue to do amazing things going forward.

My family has taken our pets here since I was a child (30+ years). Sadly, I can not recommend them at all, and I have found a new veterinarians office to see.

My dog tried to eat a Bee (as dogs do), and seeing as she needed vaccines, I thought I would have them pull the stinger out and give her the vaccines she needed.. which hasn't ever been an issue before (she likes to eat bees, I do my best to stop her). This office has given her vaccines the same day as a bee stinger incident in the past.. she's four years old.

Their wasn't a doctor on staff until 9 a.m. which I sat and waited for over an hour, starting around 8 a.m., not knowing their was no veterinarian on premise. When I finally saw the doctor, they wanted to surgically cut into my dogs lip to remove the bee stinger (which I removed no issue by massaging it out with my gloved hands after leaving their office) my dog was happy after being given a treat and some playtime! Upon declining to let them sedate and give my dog this surgical procedure (they refused to remove it any other way) I asked if she could have her vaccines, to which I was denied due to the bee stinger they were refusing to remove without this surgery.

Then they charged me for an office visit (they are walk-in only now) which would've had no fee had they given her the vaccines that they refused to give after trying to strong arm me into letting them give my dog surgery.

I'd give this a zero if I could, which is so sad to say. They used to be a great veterinarian office.

Doctor Campbell and Martinez are wonderful. Both are carrying and sympathetic to your dogs. They took care of our beloved dog, Duke. They are listening to you, they pay attention to you and your dog, and they are the type of veterinary doctors that they really love their job and they love taking care of your pet. Thank you ladies for all your love you gave Duke.

The staff at Durango is the reason everyone should have a pet. Everyone is beyond helpful and delightful. I’ve never met a team that runs as cohesively as the vet staff (don’t tell the pet hotel staff I said that, because they are top notch too). I appreciate the time everyone takes to explain things to me, along with the extra care everyone adds to each visit.

I am deeply grateful for the exceptional compassion, kindness, and attentiveness the staff provided to my Yorkipoo, Ollie. Ashley, Dr. Preyer and the entire clinic team demonstrated genuine care and empathy throughout his illness. Despite our concerns for Ollie, the urgency presented by his situation, and loss of sleep, we were reassured to find the clinic open at 6 a.m. and met with a team that was fully engaged, professional, and energetic—qualities that can often be lacking at other emergency clinics during early or late evening hours.

Given the high level of care, exceptional triage standards, and the immediate attention Ollie received, the clinic’s fees are not only reasonable but also highly competitive. The team left no detail overlooked and made every effort to ensure Ollie received the best possible care for his recovery. There is no greater value than the peace of mind that comes from knowing your loved one is receiving the care necessary for a full recovery.

I was pleased to learn, in addition to providing urgent care, the clinic also offers comprehensive veterinary services, which is particularly beneficial as we are frequently in the Las Vegas metro area for business. I am so grateful to have found this outstanding team.
