Excelente servicio, lleve mi cachorro casi muriendo y ellos me lo salvaron, las enfermeras y la doctora son muy buenas, los de seguridad súper serviciales y amables 1000 de 1000 para ellos, que me ayudaron mucho para traducir, es un poco caro pero no como en otros hospitales, aparte que me dieron oportunidad de pagar en dos partes y te ofrecen una aplicación para aseguranza para mascotas donde te ayudan con cierta parte del pago!! Sin duda alguna regresaría atender a mis mascotas con ellos en caso de emergencia!!

I initially had a very positive experience with this clinic. Over the course of a month, I took my dog in for treatment, and the staff were always friendly, compassionate, and professional. I genuinely felt my dog was in good hands, and I appreciated their efforts to provide quality care.

Unfortunately, my experience took a heartbreaking turn when my dog passed away on October 20, 2024. I had to make the difficult decision to have him euthanized, and while the staff were kind and understanding during that process, a mistake regarding his collar has caused me a lot of unnecessary pain.

When I picked up my dog’s belongings, I noticed his collar was missing. This collar was incredibly special to me—it was a constant reminder of him, and I loved hearing the sound of the tags when he walked. I immediately asked for it and was told it would be returned to me after the procedure. However, when I received his belongings, only his leash and harness were included. I called to follow up and was told they would look into it, but after weeks of waiting and several reminders, I had to call again to prompt a response. Despite my attempts to get clarification, I still didn’t receive a clear answer.

It’s been devastating to know that a part of my dog is missing and will likely never be returned. This was something I never expected from a veterinary office, and it has only deepened my grief. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and disregard for something so personal to me is difficult to forgive.

I want to acknowledge the care my dog received during his treatments, but the way this situation has been handled has left me feeling extremely disappointed and hurt.

Great experience with an intelligent and thoughtful vet. Dr. Kennedy was knowledgable and empathetic. She explained things to me that I didn't know were a problem for my tiny dog and within 4 hours she is feeling SO much better. I appreciate her detailed and layered approach to small animal wellness.

I called everywhere and most likely every representative or receptionist were rude on the phone but when I called here, I spoke to some girl named Lisa I think I’m not sure she was like no come and bring your dog so we can see what’s wrong with her. I provided excellent customer service were able to help my dog foxy. they were so understanding they just were helpful. They picked up my dog took her to the back. Make sure she was OK thank you guys for the excellent customer service I really really appreciate it
