Our appointment today was with the tech for vaccinations. We were greeted warmly by the front desk staff who always act like they’re so excited to see us. We only had a short wait until our tech came in to administer the vaccinations. She was great with our little Archie, reviewed his health even though we’d been there just 2 weeks prior, very kind and loving with our pup and very generous giving him treats for good behavior. She was also very helpful in copying records for us to send to our vet in PA where we live part time. We only recently transferred to East Bend Animal Hospital and we couldn’t be happier!! Very positive experience.

Had to have our beloved hamster be seen by the Vet. We got bad news but I was very impressed by everyone’s love for this little girl, the Vets kindness in giving us the bad news. I was also impressed by their flexibility and transparency on prices. We’ll be back with our other animals. Thank you East Bend for being so kind.

I LOVE bringing our pup Carl to East Bend Animal Hospital! Everyone is so friendly, and I’ve always been able to get an appointment quickly. They are so considerate of your pet’s needs, and you can tell they really care. Everything is always smooth from check in to check out. We see Dr. Thomas and he is fantastic! I always recommend them!

Dr Thomas is absolutely fabulous, bringing a blend of compassion and straightforward information to help me make the best decisions for my angels. And he makes my Reba girl (Great Pyrenees) feel like she’s a queen with sprinkles of beef lung and compliments the whole visit.

After five years of owning a pet rabbit (who was 7 at the time), I never once had to take him to a vet because he was healthy & happy. In his 12th year of life he noticeably aged and quickly came to the end when his back legs stopped working and he could no longer move.

I was referred to the East Bend Animal Hospital and am so incredibly grateful in the care we received as we made the hard decision to euthanize sweet Peter. We had no previous relationship with the vets or staff, but they embraced us with so much love and compassion. They shepherded us through a very difficult process with such tenderness, nurturing and professionalism.
