I have called JoAnn several times and she has gotten back to me every time and has been super pleasant to speak with. There is a fox running around my neighborhood and the 2 times I called she took the time to explain the situation to me and what they could and could not do. I later called her regarding a stray kitten and she came to get the kitten very quickly and then took time to explain what would happen and what her honest thoughts were regarding the health of the kitten. I am not sure how many people are in the office with her but I know she goes out and responds to calls which means she is not always in the office and can not answer all calls. But for me, she has always called back and been pleasant to speak with. I am just sorry others did not have the experience I have had .

Are they even open or listen to any messages?I left 5 voicemail and called for past 2 weeks no answer. I trapped a raccoon in my backyard should I let the animal die in the cage, free it and where? Website suggest to call the police and I did and they said to call Animal control. I hope they defund the Animal control dept. Bunch of lazy people that milking our tax dollar.

HORRIBLE. don't even deserve 1 star. Ms. JoAnn Lesko does not answer the phone. I have called the police department and her office 30 times in the past 2 hours about a cat that was hit by a car and she has not answered the phone. This cat is suffering and Ms. Lesko clearly does not take her job very seriously as she has failed to help. Extremely disappointing. This job is for someone who CARES about animals. I've been pulled over in the middle of the road for 20 minutes now trying to reach someone who can help, this poor cat is going to die before anyone can help.
