They have been so nice and awesome and are taking care of our kitty Hendrix so well. Only have had one appt so far and they were great in person and have been so easy and awesome to deal with on the phone. It doesn't feel like they are trying to overcharge or give unnecessary expenses and it feels like they truly genuinely care about the pets and I love that. I will keep going here for my kitty as long as I live in East Ridge.

Our dogs have recently become patients of Dr. Meaghan Thomas and without a doubt, she is the Best Veterinarian we have been to (over too many years to mention)! She been very proactive, conservative and willing to suggest alternative products to assist with issues. She is a Gem and we are so grateful to have found this wonderful doctor! I am extremely disappointed with the care my cat received at this veterinary clinic. My cat was mistakenly brought in as a stray, and someone requested vaccines and a spay procedure for her. Shockingly, the clinic did not check for a microchip before proceeding, even though she already had a visible scar. They performed an unnecessary surgery, opening her up only to discover she had already been spayed. Despite this oversight, they went on to administer vaccines and stitched her up without notifying me of the mistake.

This lack of diligence caused my cat undue stress and discomfort, not to mention the unnecessary costs. Checking for a microchip is a basic, standard procedure that would have prevented this entire situation. It’s deeply disappointing that such a fundamental step was overlooked, and I was left to cover the expenses for a procedure that should never have happened in the first place. I hope this serves as a reminder to the clinic to prioritize proper protocol and ensure other pets and owners do not experience similar issues in the future.

The staff here was very pleasant! My cat Mochi was a new patient and we went in because I suspected she had a UTI. Dr. Knnar was kind, efficient, and helpful when it came to Mochi’s treatment.
I took off 2 stars because I feel detailed SOAP notes were not taken of her physical exam. When I requested them (a few days after the apt) to submit to Mochi’s insurance, I was sent a document with the information I wrote down upon signing in, and a blank physical exam form. Given the exam was $70 and I was told by the doctor she had some inflammation of the gums, I knew this wasn’t right. I called them back and was told that the doctor was very busy and he takes longer to fill out the SOAP notes. A few hours later, I received a “filled out” physical exam form, with the bare minimum of info. No mention of her temperature I watched them take or her teeth.
Seems like no record was actually kept of her exam, and it was just filled out and sent over to me to save face. It’s not a huge deal, but I find it unprofessional. Below I attached the “physical exam” they provided me with, and notes from her previous vet to compare.
