Dr. Dziak is the BEST!!! she's very caring and sympathetic when is comes to our fur babies.
But...one of her employees at the clinic named, JESSICA is the total opposite! She speaks with sarcasm, and she tried to insult my intelligence after lying numerous times pertaining to my pet. And was very rude and inconsiderate!
I've been taking my pets there for over 14yrs and I've NEVER had to deal with such unprofessional service. If you want great customer service, ask to speak with Sue, she's awesome! She'll assure whatever issue you're having will get resolved. She shows concern and sympathy when it's needed, she'll call back to check to assure you're satisfied. I highly recommend Dr. Dziak at East State Veterinary Clinic but I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with Jessica, especially if your pet is ill or has passed away. The lack of sympathy, empathy, and common courtesy, is lacking with that employee.
She definitely needs to be retrained on working with the general public.

Brought my dog back from near death. The whole team is compassionate and beyond amazing. Not too pricey, you are informed of all costs of everything before any testing. They don’t judge like other vets if you don’t want certain tests ran. I don’t normally leave reviews, east state deserves all the stars:)

The old vets we used to bring our animals to were amazing and well priced. Now, new staff who charge overly priced visits, with not as much detailed check ups nor paying attention to what you express about your animal you want checked out! And I mean by hundreds of dollars more you will pay at end of each visit! Sadly, We will not be bringing none of our fur babies back nor will my father bring his fur babies either!
