Friendly staff, treats my dogs like their own. Always sends me reminders of upcoming appointments and when vaccines are due. They got my dog in right away for an emergency. You never have to wait to long see the vet during your appointment. Very caring staff as well. A movie was even shot there! They are famous! Lol! I trust my dogs in their care.

Everyone is kind and personable. The tech was gentle and helpful. I really like Dr. Micotto. She answered my questions, diagnosed the problem quickly, and she was also very gentle with Goliath, my kitty. They got us into the office right away when I called - And I got a follow up text from the office to check on how he was doing!

Dr Davis isn't very polite the vet my husband had there was dr Phillips who was amazing but he gets call from Dr Davis saying cuz he calls to much or has me call because he work 6 days week so he can't call . can't help that he's worried bout his pets Dr Philips helped his two dogs out but she's not always there my husband had to see Dr Davis in person he said she came off as really not listening and rushing and she's said he's story verse if I had called is two different stories well I watch while he's at work so i may see things he dont we may say different things but it's not that different get call from Davis saying since we call so much bout his one dog who's has lot issues after having pancreatitis and he has bad arthritis but since we called to much said that he can't bring them there anymore he's spent tons money at this hospital doing all test even if he couldn't afford it it he found a way cuz he wanted to help his dog thats not how u treat clients. Also becareful because they will put BS in ur pets chart bout u which shouldn't be in pets chart. BUT I GOT HIM INTO VET WANTED HIM GO TO IN FIRST PLACE BECAUSE THEY ARE TRULY AMAZING . Wen we told them why he was told he couldnt bring his dogs to this place they said was totally disrespectful they rather the human call anytime they are worried bout their pets where I have him going. So if u choose g this place see one other vets but best to just go to another vet

They helped us get usda tavel certificates for our dogs to travel overseas. It was a complicated process that must be done no more than 10 days before arrival to the new country. This includes dealing with the USDA. They did all of that for us. They helped us through it and stayed in contact with us the whole time. We were so grateful to have found them. Very competent and friendly.

Edwardsville Pet Hospital is WONDERFUL. All the doctors and staff are very caring, helpful, and knowledgeable and are ALWAYS looking out for what is BEST for any type of animal they are seeing.. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, I give them all an 11.75!! (I can do that since I taught math!)
