My experience with electric city veterinarian clinic was overall very good. I thought Dr. Mark did an excellent job in helping me understand the condition of my dog and what her needs were. However, I was not pleased with the way I was treated and the reconstruction of the facility. There was no parking, so I parked on the side of the building and was told to move my car twice. I felt this was very uncalled. I was told to move my car to the church parking lot or in of another business, which you never do. I feel the clinic should’ve been understanding to the circumstances of their facility being under construction and to their paying customers in NOT asking them to move their car.

Dr. Mark Finke and Electric City Animal Clinic are the absolute best of the best! Raven (pic) loves Dr. Mark, and the entire staff. They have provided the best of care to my fur-babies! The staff is very knowledgeable and they listen!!! I'm so glad my mom sent me here when I moved here!!! Thank you Dr. Mark, and Staff!!

I highly recommend this clinic! Today was my first visit and they are the nicest and respectful people. i have had trouble in the past with other vet clinics treating my dog like she was different from the rest just because of her breed but today every staff member it seemed loved on her and made us both feel so welcome we will definitely be back for her 1 year check up

They have been so patient with my German shepherd (who is very person selective) to the point where he actually likes to go to the vet and greets everyone now. They are very efficient in what they do and I will always bring my pets to them. I also love how friendly and professional they are. 10/5 stars if I could.

Very nice place for your pets. What i did enjoy was that Dr Ann got right down on the floor with my puppy without any hesitation and became eye level with the puppy and he instantly responded to her and they were buddies throughout the visit. Each attending aid was very nice.

One thing though, the staff wasn't as friendly as I would think they could have been upon entering the facility and early interaction was lacking that friendly tone. In my opinion. They did make up for it in the end though. Good pet place and prices were reasonable. Service was GREAT!!!!

The veterinarians, vet techs, and front desk at Electric City was the epitome of grace, comfort, courtesy and care during an extremely difficult time for our family when taking our fur baby over the rainbow bridge. I can’t describe how kind, empathetic and patient everyone was. They will forever have a piece of our hearts in how they cared for all of us in this moment and we’ll always be grateful.

Honestly, every single person I’ve EVER interacted with at that office has been a respectful, understanding, and caring interaction. They have seen me through some incredibly difficult moments and were kind and helpful. I’ve seen the opposite from another place, so I’m so happy to have found Electric City. They are wonderful vets and techs!
Coming BACK to add… after Dr. Harold seeing our baby, Honey, through TWO mass cell removals and the staff and other Vet Techs (looking at you Emily) taking such absolute care for her (and us), I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!
Please show your pets the kindness and love they deserve… take them to Electric City Animal Clinic!

I have used Electric City Animal Clinic for years. They have taken great care of all of my dogs. They even do exotic animals such as Raccoons, squirrels and skunks, all of which I have personally taken there and received excellent care. The people at the front desk are always pleasant, friendly, and eager to help you.
